  3. Just a few questions.

    Why the +12.5% damage? You're at the cap with 2 applications of FS. The build looks good, but could be so much better and probably cheaper. LoTG's are a waste of money. If you REALLY need that +7.5% Recharge, you're doing something wrong. SS should stack three or four times, that alone puts you at 60-80% recharge. Add that with around 70% recharge, and you're at 130-150% recharge. Add in hasten and you're at 200-220% rehcarge. At that amount, hasten is perma, and would stack if it could. That 7.5% really isn't going to help THAT much at those levels of recharge.

    Personally, my Fire/Kin has the below build/bonuses. It's as good as I bothered to make it. Slotted for +Acc, +Recharge, and +Recovery.

    Why +Acc? +Acc makes sure you never, ever miss. And if you do, it is simply a randomly occuring event.

    Why +Recovery? +Recovery enables you to get off Smoke&gt;FF&gt;FC&gt;FS&gt;FireBall with more endurance leftover and less enddrops.

    Why +Recharge? Do I need to explain?

    Why Entropic Chaoses in Char/Fire Blast? +Chance for Heal Self, same bonuses as Decimations - lower cost.

  14. Is it me or was this whole mini-discussion his experiment? It seems to me that he's trying to see if we'll (as human beings, well maybe not Ace) argue about 'infailable truths'. While I do think that there are and always will be a set of infailable truths, we have not found them yet due to humanity's need to DISPUTE over the simpliest things.

    Someone always needs to be right, someone needs to be wrong, someone needs to know more than someone else, the list goes on and on. Humanity will not advance if we continue to bicker amongst one another over the simpliest things. Maybe it was his experiment to see how we would take the 'infailable truths'.

    As to my thoughts on the world: I'm just a single face in the growing mob of three plus billion all gathered around the seclect group of men and women that run the world. If tensions tighten even more than they already are then I can forsee something happening that very well may end human existance. Think Crusades but with guns that can kill at a mile, bio weapons, bombs, and to top it all off, on a global scale.

  21. The cloud of Rularuu turned into a grim sight just as Acanous came into it's view. They swarmed at him with inhuman speed that threatened to crush the ground under their feet.

    Then, behind Acanous, three men in black tactical armor opened fire with guns that didn't seem to have a magazine or the need to reload. The Rularuu were met face-to-face with over a thousand rounds of something that didn't seem to be solid but hit like it was a tank round.

    Then, if that wasn't enough, one of them threw a small baseball-sized looking device into the air in such a path so that it would hang in the air directly above the Rularuu. The device exploded with huge amounts of kinetic energy - but not in all directions - the kinetic energy pounded down into the mass of now dead Rularuu Natterlings, and a few brutes struggling to live with the force that could pulverize their diamond hard armor within a second of contact.
