(Base damage + Scourge + Damage Resistance DeBuff) > (Base Damage + Damage Resistance DeBuff) thus Corruptor endurance cost > Defender or Blaster endurance cost. It's as simple as that.
It's all because of the COMBINATION of Scourge AND the debuff. -
To be honest, I always thought that the name of the place was a reference to Conan the Cimmerian. You know how our devs just LOVE to throw in geek references.

I love VS, it's my favorite "pet" because it can't be killed unless you are and it keeps on attacking, even if you're mezzed. -
Probably not. You can run CoH from a thumb drive, I don't see why you'd need to reinstall it after upgrading operating systems. Just make sure when you upgrade to Win7 that you choose the advanced options and make sure that it doesn't format the hard drive before installing.
You should still be backing up all your personal files before such an upgrade anyway, so why not just copy the CoH folder to your backup source as well just in case? -

Make me wonder why the authorities bother with heroes for hostage situations. "What? The Council has taken some City Councilmen hostage, and you want to call in some heroes? Don't waste their time; we'll just nerve gas the building and sort out the villains from the hostages at the hospital."
I'm not sure what the story is for villains, or if it's even explained. -

I don't farm because I find it BORING.
However, if other people want to treat their game like a part or full-time job, they are free to do so. Just means cheaper stuff for me to buy in the future.
