I dunno, you need an aweful lot of recharge to get a decent chain off of Aimed, Fistful, and Blazing arrows. I personally, wouldn't skip Snap Shot. YMMV, or course.
  4. Go with a couple Chi blasts like Foreshadow has.
  5. I had a reply here, but I deleted it cause I have no idea what EverStryke is complaining about.
  6. I'm not really sure where to put this thread, so I'll put it here since it is more Windows related than CoH related.

I've got some stuff I need to do for a class, and one of the assignments requires the use of Excel. Which I have used only rarely. I have Excel 2007, and I'm looking for some good basic to intermediate tutorials to help get me on the right track. Does anyone know where I could find some decent ones?

    Round 3 P.P.

I'd like to see Ice/Ice Stalkers (although without Frozen Aura/ISC I wouldn't really consider it worthwhile), /Cold MMs, Spines/Regen brutes, Psi/ Corrs, Ill/ Doms, and /Dark Trollers.
  8. I bid one dollar!

    ...wait, this isn't my gameshow.

    That's what I just said.
  10. My suggestion for Wormhole's Split-Spawn problem:

-Raise the radius to 25 feet (which it really should be anyway).
-Make it auto-hit, but force the Stun to hit at -25%.

Voila. It doesn't split spawns, it isn't overpowered, and it doesn't use any new technology.

2: If I want damage, that's what Fulcrum Shift is for.

3: As for whether or not Intang enhancers affect Singy, I don't have hard data. Merely anecdotal play experience. So I choose not to argue this.

Without any taunt effects, Singy has to rely on damage output to gain aggro. And he doesn't put out enough damage to steal aggro from a decent Grav Troller. He also hangs back, unlike, say, Stoney who runs right in and starts Punch-Voking everyone.

Hard data: http://coh.redtomax.com/data/powers/...ts_Singularity None of the Singularities powers accept Intan Boosts.
  12. Focus for sure. Evisc or Shockwave at your preference.

Singy doesn't do enough damage to tank effectively.

Also: Intang's don't effect the Singularity. Like, at all.

  15. Haven't noticed, but I am wondering why this entirely innocuous change warranted a Thumbs Down thread icon?

    The Perfect 10

On the Villain side of things, Archery (full attack chain, Aim, good quick cone attack), Fire (less ST, but more AoE burst), or Sonic (Good ST, good cone attack, excellent secondary effect) paired with either Dark, Rad, or Kin would make a good choice.

A DB or Claws/WP brute might be ok too, but it would be less optimal then a Regen Scrapper.

Also, a Huntsman should be nice. No Aim or BU, but you get Venom Grenade at level 12. A Blood Widow has Follow-Up, Spin, and Dart Burst to edge out the huntsman in damage, but the Huntsman will have better defence.

Couple that with the inherent damage buff, tohit buff, and the ability to soar above melee, you have the Perfect 10 right there.

A Peacebringer is a better bet, since the -Def is going to help more than the Snare. Especially at low levels.

Plus, the PB gets Essence Boost (Heal, +Max HP) and BU by level 12, while the Shade only gets Sunless Mire.
  19. I'll put another voice behind /Rad, /Storm, and /TA.

Also on Shadow Council, though not all that regularly. It is pretty good as far as WoW servers go.
