I'm sure it's been mentioned but things like the archways need to be redone so that they only have bounding boxes on the pillar parts or something for pathing because you can walk under/through them but the editor considers them to block doorways and things.

I'd bet it starts getting tricky with things that will be blocking from one angle, and passable on another. For example, you don't want to end up allowing 6 archways across a door rotated so the pillars are all blocking the door.
One solution to that may be to create many new pillars and floatable cross-beams. So they're treated as 3 separate hitboxes, you just need to assemble them yourself.

That was pretty much my thought, or even not have a bounding box around the crossbeam part if needed and only on the leg-support pillars, if that was easier on the devs, though I'd like the floatable build it yourself better of the two options.

You can always change the NPCs in the fight over to zombies in the demo. (Though the zombies will be fighting with the powers used by the real enemies you fought.) Or you could get get a bunch of friends with higher level Masterminds to pop in and help with the fight. Hopefully they won't mess up the script by defeating your heroes.

Or you could defet enemies in Atlas Park, then swap the map for Recluse's Victory. Same coordinates for both.

By using different levels of floors. For the Large blocks try stacking from the highest floor, remove the desks. Then the lowest floor, remove desks. Then the middle floor. -

From what pohsyb had said, the only real fix for bases in i12 was on the robo surgery. The revamp was to come later.

Now THERE'S an interesting question - normally once you get to know a contact (do a few mishes, drag your tail all over Paragon City running errands for them, wash their cars...), they give you their cell phone numbers and you can call them instead of having to run all the way back there.
I might be out on a limb here, but I'm thinking ancient Rome didn't have cell phones, so how do you establish that "insta-contact" thing? Telepathic link? Messages chiseled into the side of the Colosseum? Use the Ouroboros crystal ("I'm sorry, the contact you are trying to reach is not available at this time, please sever your spatiotemporal contact and try again")?
