Short version of her bio is that she's a cowgirl from Montana who lost control of her powers when they manifested, and killed her parents in an electrical storm. She came to Paragon to learn to control her powers, and to "make up" for her parents' deaths by fighting evil.

A couple more things...

Animated wings are never coming due to difficulty with animating them or something like that. The winged AT is somewhere on the horizon though.

We won't be able to ride in/on vehicles ever, due to the way the map is, but States seemed to like the idea of being able to throw the cars around...
