Well it kinda depends on the tf. LG, Katie, Numi, Mantis default speed. I joined a pug mantis recently that turned out to be plow and it was excrutiating.
I just think it'd be nice if announcements specified either way. On those rare occasions when I'm starting a tf I specify (I generally let one of my globals start tf's cause they seem to load in and out of mishes a few seconds faster than me). -

I'm a notorious speeder, but I has lotsa toons that need exp. Channel seems like a good idea, but I also wish we could make it a habit to specify in TW announcements whether it's speed or plow. I don't mind a plow but a surprise plow....ugh

I've gotten used to it too, but i still hate it. My favorite lag bit is the delay between typing something into search and its actually coming up. The sense of anticipation i feel wondering if i've made any typos is riveting

As long as we're making Castle run a pug lg, can it be on an so'd shield scrap or brute? With against all odds routinely stealing massive aggro from tanks I think the usefulness of an un-nerfed shield charge would quickly become obvious

How about just keeping the hold resistance and dropping the hold protect? Could even up the hold resistance and it'd still be doable but more difficult. 50 protect is insane assuming we're not running 3 or 4 permadom mind/ doms per team.
Also, the merits were assigned to lgtf based on its 'unintended' form. Are we going to get more merits for it after the forthcoming fix? -
Funny to read this thread with so many of my friends' shield scraps and brutes getting parked due to the difficulty of softcapping them while maintaining decent recharge after the blessing of the zephyr value reduction.

Not sure if this is known - the useful salvage and large posting fee warnings turn back on every time you zone. Minor, but very annoying, especially since the useful salvage warning takes memorized recipes into account.

Leave the numinas in HPT definitely - the hp bonus is way more useful than the s/l resist.
I'd move the numina and regenerative tissue globals to fast healing so you're maxing your regen for rise to the challenge. I think 3 numina/3 dark watcher is pretty widely liked for rise.
Yes to tough/weave.
I'll include the mids for my dark melee/wp brute. Not cheap and keep in mind it's a level 50 respeced build so the procs are all at the end. He's pretty indestructible in most situations. Only place he ever dies is trying to main tank hami on lgtf if he gets endurance drained to toggle drop and the one time I tried to main tank LRSF (not recommended). Of course that was on a partial build which still had SO's in a lot of places but I still don't think I could do it. He can solo 0/8 spawns of anything but Carnies (well haven't tried Malta) and +3/8 of Council/Circle.

If you go in the keymapping options you'll find that you can map nearest enemy to a key. I generally bind nearest to tab and next enemy to the G key. Works out well.
Another trick I've started using is to keep the targetcustomnext command string copied to clipboard so i can hit Enter, Ctrl+V then just type the name of what i'm looking for. Saves a ton of time. -
Very impressive. I'd be too chicken to go with it since regen has 0 defense debuff resistance. Course DA can cover for that with melee at least.

As far as Ninja Run supressing - It does. Watching your runspeed and jump height in your power monitor will confirm this. Heck, if you read the dev and/or community digests, you'll see posts about the recent fix to its suppression in PVP (it was using suppressed Super Jump numbers, instead of its own), and that the bug affecting suppression in PVP was PVP only - PVE suppression was working fine.

Build seems really nice for the budget. I'd want some more hp/regen on an sr but that'd mean more cash. You should be golden. -
Take it, but be sure to turn it off in mids when trying to get softcap values. The numbers in mids are a bit off from the game for that particular power. It covers very nicely for defense debuffs when teammates are around.

Still not sure about the ninja run endurance - you're at 2.06 recovered/sec. I have a scrap at 2.43 and a brute at 2.35 that can't run it in heavy combat. Granted katana is pretty endurance friendly and sr will dodge most drains but i still wouldn't count on it 'til you see for sure. .46/sec is no joke - takes you down to 1.5/sec recovery.

If you're going to 3 slot sprint might as well just put the unbounded set in there for the bonuses - other 2 are practically free. Looks as if you're using avalanche to softcap melee which should work.
Also no need to waste a slot putting an endurance reduction in combat jumping. Though again, i'd dump that for blessing set superspeed. That'd allow you to go 4 eradication/2 scirroco in lotus drops too for the nice +end and hp bonuses. Then again you'd still not have health. Tight build obviously -
Don't think ninja run is suppressable - just tried it in combat and worked fine. Problem with it is it's really endurance heavy so prolly not viable in combat for your build. I've tried keeping it on in combat with a couple of toons that have tons of global recovery and proc endurance help and they still couldn't run it in combat very long.
Were you originally wanting stealth for stealth's sake or for defense? If for stealth take superspeed instead. If for defense my advice would still be to take superspeed - save your pennies for 3 kinetic combat and the non-proc blessing of the zephyrs. Then merit craft the kin combat trip and blessing kb. Would give better defense without having to take an otherwise unused power. -
Does stealth really not stack with stealth i/o? I haven't taken stealth since my first toon in an early build so idk. I know it isn't supposed to stack, but then steamy mist, cloaking device, etc. are not supposed to stack with i/o stealth either, but they do.
