Since it's a PBAoE, and those are hard to hit with in PvP. And IIRC it's not that high damaging anyways.

I still regret not making Vahiki arch/ice instead.

Get rid of Short Circuit, Lightning Clap, Whirlwind and Lightning Field.
Add in the second hold and the shield from your epic. Don't really know what more to add/remove... Too tired
