Hey guys i just reactivated my emp/psy lvl 50 and was wondering what IO advice anyone could give/ Its a full healing PvE build (thinking of respecing to PvP tho) with psy mastery. Thanks guys.
PS im brand new to IOs so talk stupid to me ;D lol
