GL on the half-marathon, Obs!

My personal best is usually running for about a good...... 60 secs or so, then I need to gear down to a brisk walk, haha. Oh, to be young and invincible again......

Was loads of fun, as usual. It was actually nice to see that the raid was able to start w/out me so I could concentrate a bit on gathering more troops! Triumph may be small, but we're still too damn good, muahahah! Was also great to see a handful of our "Oldies but Goodies" peeps that are still around. I'm having an idea about the MS raid where I finally can bring out my main toon- we could have it as a "namesake" event, where you would bring out your main toon or the toon that has your global or forum account name, regardless of what AT we may need, and see how our luck turns out. Would be fun to have a sort of "Who's Who" event, especially since most of us are running around on alts nowadays and are not as easily recognizable.

Anyways, trying to plan for another raid this Friday, but I may just need to push the start time back a little to about 10-10:30pm EST, getting home a little late that day. Anyways, until the next time we dive into the bowl!.....

Oop, sorry- the time I would most likely start gathering is about 9pm EST on the nights I'm available (Tuesdays and/or Fridays)

Hey all, just wanted to give a heads up for an idea I had. Since I have a number of level 50s that I haven't used in a while, I was thinking about leading a few MS Raids in RWZ and cycling through each of them as I lead each raid, just to bring them off the shelf for a bit. And I think it would be a fun way to lead up to my main toon finally finishing his year long "Community Service" as he closes in on getting his last Day Job badge and I can bring him back out of "retiriment". As it stands right now, I think I should be able to schedule in Tuesday or Friday evenings for starters (but I may try to throw one in on a weekend afternoon if there's enough people, hehe).

Last night, I started off w/ leading an MS Raid w/ my Rad/Sonic defender, UltraBatz., and it felt good to break from farming merits for a bit and get into a raid scenario again. So, be on the lookout for an UberBatz (PB), UltraBatz- (Ill/FF troller), UitraBatz (MA/SR scrap), UitraBatz v2 (MA/WP scrap), UmbraBatz (WS), BushidoBatz (DB/WP scrap), Frank da Tanke (Inv/SS tank), Acrobat Kid (DM/Regen scrap), Shalloe Hal (EN/EN blaster), UltraRatz (Mond/Psy dom), BestialBatz (MA/Nin stalker), and last but not least, UltraBatz (MA/SR scrap), on an MS Raid near you!

This badge was obtainable in one of the winter events in previous years. Does anyone know if there is a way to still obtain this one? It doesn't look like it can be obtained through candy canes, but I could be wrong and I'm just missing it.

I'm in the same boat, more or less- about 2 more days for my current DJ badge, then I will have 2 more to go.

I've been exercising an extreme case of altitis for this past year just so I could make as much progress as possible on my main hero badger. Once I get the final DJ badge (and until they create any more new ones), I think I'll be dedicating this upcoming year to playing my main hero badger constantly and put my altitis waaaay on the side- after all these years, he's still my most favorite toon to play.

Woot! The tourney was fun, and the icing on the cake was even winning in the final match! I was just surprised that I stayed awake for the whole thing, hehe. It looks like there were a few tie breakers that needed to be decided upon and required some of us to wait, but we still had fun making our own mini matches during the waiting periods.

I was a little pleasantly surprised that the build on my MA/SR did decent. I finalized his build to the way I liked it right before purple IO sets came out. Once purples came out, I got a little frustrated and refused to pour any more time into modifying the build to keep up w/ the changes. Haven't changed the build since then, so my build is still purple-less and PvP IO-less, but I can still survive! My RL job may not be recession-proof, but maybe my scrapper's build has a chance at being dev-proof? lol

Anyways, the prize of the Gladiator Strike set was real sweet, but I actually don't think I can use it in my scrap w/out breaking his build! Since I only put the really cool shiney stuff in my main, I'll most likely be looking to trade or sell some of these IOs. I'm actually looking for Fury of the Gladiator: Chance for Res Debuff, so if anyone is looking make a trade, hit me up!

Aaaand.... Leader badge achieved for the 2nd time! It took a lot of ducking and weaving in RV while farming the pillbox turrets, but I finally did it! Off to do the "Master of" challenges!

Btw, sorry if I might have given any misconceptions about Triumph players. There are a great number of Grade-A players there that I've run with numerous times, and I've actually never had any problems from other players when I'm on my PB. In fact, I know most of the players on my home server would welcome the challenge of having to deal w/ the minor issue of cysts while doing a Master of run! Kheldian love, bruddah!

Is this tourney still starting at 12:30pm EST? It could actually be a good time for me so I might try to make it. (Must....take.....nap!)
