Noticed one on top of City Hall in Atlas on Virtue last night as well.
Considering the one character I hard crashed twice on was near during the lagfest that was the Virtue Invasion. Go figure...

As long as you get on a team w/a high level (50 Prefered) Character as team leader, you'd be fine. Both Last night and tonight, I was in a second instance of Atlas Park with non-50 Characters.
Actually tonight on Justice went a lot better than Virtue the night before.

Been meaning to discuss this as well.
Sat through the first five and comments below. Warning: Spoilers about.
So far, it's not bad. Solid action and pacing, but the set up... WTF??!
Let me get this right... Just cause the X-Men get caught up in a fight similar to the ending of X3, save for the fact Jean apparently sacs herself (or is forced, hard to say), the Prof closes the Institute? Makes no bloody sense at all. And with Scott brooding, I had the feeling we were gonna see another Wolvie & the X-Men here. Though who knows, we still might.
The reason to head to Japan is ok and the recall of the core team has their moments. This version of the U-Men seems nastier than the Comic roots, but I haven't been much of a Comics reader in the time frame these guys are even mentioned. And Ms. Frost added to the mix, Oh joy...
The Secondary Mutation syndrome is a interesting twist as well. Let's just hope there is a good pay off with it.
I also don't know who needs a kick in the head more: Scott or Armor. I mean Armor I can kind of understand, but let's hope she doesn't flip-flop into the whiney brat every other fight.

Like the Open and End Credits. Just wonderful to view.

Great event. Looking forward to the next one.
BUT, as more and more came in and powers were spamming and War Walkers were coming in bunches of 5...
I had two hard crashes in the span of 15 minutes, I think, by the time I gave up and planning on playing on a different server tonight. I know Rikti Invasions and Banners can lag an already laggy connection, but this was unreal. My poor little Lvl 14 Traps/DP Def was beside himself with trying to use powers, but couldn't because the Client & Server couldn't tell what was recharged when.
Cool Idea, needs better delivery.

I've been through this quandary as well. My problems were with a older 9500 series card, the 260 series drivers, and I17/Post-GR. In essence, I was dealing with the same exact kind of issues your running into now.
I could never get it resolved to any kind of playable state. I tried pretty much everything suggested above, expect for the NIC mention, and still no help. Even upgrading to a new GC (a 450 series) and fresh driver install didn't help.
What I eventually had to do was a clean OS reinstall and figure out what other software was screwing everything up. I think I had figured it out and everything's been going as fine as I can have it on a nearly 4 & 1/2 yr old machine.
As of right now, I have the 450 running w/a 266 Driver set in and the 9500 is now replaced a 9400 in a secondary machine and running City w/similar drivers as well.
I know this may now be what you really want to hear, but be ready to look at that option, if you need to.

Apparently, the front half of A:EMH is gonna be out on 4/26. From the youtube description:

Got up this morning and watched the eps off of the DVR.
At this point and time, it's a guilty pleasure more than anything else. It'll be worth watching while having breakfast Fri. mornings anyways.
Now a question for those who are really into the show and it's history. When originally aired, wasn't the Yamato referred by the name Argo from the start or was the name change done after? I just don't feel like Wiki hunting right now for that answer.

Honestly, about the only thing, retail wise, I would expect from PS in the next 12 - 15 months would be something along the lines of the Good vs. Evil Retail Box.
Something that would have a up-to-date Client & NCSoft launcher bundled with a theme set of some sort. And as being a retail box, it would have the 30-day subscription value along with it. That would seem to be fair in regards to the US Retail products that have come out.
By Summer next year, I would say, would be when something like that should come out anyways...
