    Yeah, for dominators you can get respectable damage, but most sets will give you very few. Dominators are balanced more by ability than numbers: They have ranged damage only outshined by blasters, and melee damage outshined only by scrappers. They can make entire groups for a full 8 man team helpless indefinitely.

    On paper this seems overpowered: until you realize that they usually only get 2-3 AoE powers, 2-3 melee attacks, and/or 2-3 normal ranged attacks. All but 2 lack buildup, one has aim. So while what's there is crazy strong, it's often pretty even damage overall due to recharges and lack of damage multiplying powers.

    That said, they are quit fun for taking on/out large groups do to dominators' unique form of mitigation: total mob control. It's something that appeals to some, not to others.
    doms have the highest melee dmg modifiers...so u cant beat a dom in melee..only reason scrapps and stalks look like higher is cuz of crits

    Look, In 30 seconds I can go through MC (19 end) 2x Terrify (34 end) Total Domination (12 end) Psychic Shockwave x 5 times (70 end) Mass Hynosis (15 End) Drain Psyche (7 End) Soul Drain (11 End) Obliteration (15 End) Pychic Scream (12 End) and Running Manuevers (10 End), Tactics (6 end) and Dark Embrace (7 end).

    That is about 220 end spent in the first 30 seconds. I recover at about 3 end per second w/ Stamina. After normal stamina, that puts me down to about -30 end (Or more if Hasten drops) in thirty seconds which DP or Dom firing normally cover. There have been times that I have missed w/ DP, not positioned properly, had mobs killed before it went off etc. that I have had to eat blues. Of course, I do not always get all these off or need to in the first 30 seconds, but I can and have.

    With all that said, I know perfectly well that I could slot/play a bit more intelligently and probably not need stamina at all. But I like putting myself in a very fluid and frantic environment that I need all my tools to survive, and I like not having to pay (much) attention to my blue bar. Oh, and Stamina does help for single hard targets and/or running lots of toggles.

    I am not saying that a Mind/Psi needs Stamina, just that it can be a luxury w/ some playstyles.

    doubt you can get off all those attacks in 30 seconds...on my staminaless fire/psi im runnin tactics,pp armor, hotfeet,ss,cj,tough,weave..and spam attacks like a psycho patient w/ a BB gun and my end NEVER bottoms out..

    its simply not possible to put out all those attacks at once...oh and baddo how bout u mez than drain psy second so u can run the rest of ur imaginary chain thats impossible to run,so u dont bottom out of end....

    build for alot of recharge and +HP...and if ur zone I'd pick up unstoppable but for arena I'd skip it

    For villains DP/PD is a great combination. For heroes Dp/Em is good, but the numbers and theory coming out of DP/MM im going to bet MM will come out better (No Guarantee but i like to take the road less traveled within reason)

    Thats my 5 cents so it is up to you to decide what you really want to do. I for one love Dp and wont play ranged other than DP. Good luck and much respect to everyone on here.
    stick jav procs and an apoc into subdue and ur good to go....DP is thug dual blades of ranged classes, I guess u can be tru warrir becuz the time has come but u will be bad... plain and simple..
