    Rad / Rad build

    Yeah mate yesterady i got my first invitation to kill an AV, Evony Shadow was the chossen one... Its nice to be the main actor for once... Just joking...
    Well, i've respected the character, I droped Proton Voley and Neutron Bomb and took aim and Electron Haze instead... And have reslotted all the powers as per youyr suggestions... The result is quite good...Just one big BUT... I've got Leadership pool, i've tactics and maneuvers slotted with 3 def (or 3 acc) and 1 end red...And I'm running out of end too often... Since my toggles are much more significatnt for me than the leadership pool, i'm thinking on re-respec the character and drop these too powers...What to choose?

    Are leadirship powers really worth of getting them?

  4. I have an Ice armor / Battle Axe tank who looks like a frost gian of D&D world.
    You can also choose a Fire armor one (dark character in a black reddish shade armor, like Infernal, the trainer at Founders falls).
    Concerning stone, sorry but i cannot see the connection with the knight character you are looking for... Maybe a Troll like Character?
    In any case, if you want to deal real amouts of damage you have to go for Battle Axe (pelase take into account that you may need stamina as this power set needs huge amunts of endurane).
    Finally, for massive damage you can always go and take an Broad Sword Scrapper...

I used to play my Rad/Rad defender, I enjoyed very much to play with my mates Golden Golem, thePhilosopher and Rooks (as they know how to play with a Rad def), but when i stopped palying with them (as they reach 50) I got bored of saying people how my powers work... They always killed my anchor first, and most people only appreciates my Radiant aura and accelerate metabolism... It is hard to find ppl who really knows how to play in a team with a Rad defender...

    Health is pretty powerful on a tanker, because of the large HP... I'd drop hurdle before I dropped Health. Combat jumping is useful on a Tanker, the defnce bonus won't really do anything for you in real terms, but it really helps relocation in combat when you can just hop over the enemy's heads.

    Yea but the thing is that if I choose swift inbstead of hurdle at lvl 6, i have a lot of problems while traveling (specailly at IP and Skyway) due to the walls and the holes, and in the other hand, if I took Comabt Jumping at lVL 6 I'll not be able to take stamina at 20...so I think I will keep the build as it is at the mo.

    How to proceed?

    Going to siren's and buying the pack will be a good idea... Who is the seller?
    This way i'll foget the Leaping pool (Speed is better for my hero because of the character concept)...Then i'll go for Energy Tranfer (35), Total Focus (38), Resist energies(41), focused accuracy (44), conserve power(47), Swift (49)... Or maybe I'll respec Health at lvl 16 for Swift, and choose a different power for lvl 50...Maybe combat jumping...

    Hero:The Golden Arrow
    Gender:Female
    Age:25
    Powers: Kinetic energy generaiton and manipulation
    Description of Powers : Her mutant cells, bones and body tissues are capable to generate huge amounts of kinetic energy that surround herself. She is able to manipulate these energies to create several effects suchs as a body force field (she becomes nearly impervious to any kind of external damage), super human speed, enhanced agility and strenght and she is able to conentrate such an huge amounth of energy in her fists that she can perform explosive blows to her enemies.
    This energy make her look surrounded by a reddish aura...When full charged red lightings can be seen around her body.
    Personality: She is a very nice person, extremely polite and very positive...although sometimes she sepacks too much!
    Physical Description: a tall athletic blonde girl (as her mutant methabolism transfor fats into kinetic energy she can eat as much as she want without gaining weight) . She always wear medium-short hair style and she wears usually her golden metallic suit.
    History/Backstory:
    His father Jim Logcrad, was one of the most faumous heroes in the early 80s; he was a former siencist who due to a radiation exposure become the hero known as Silver Arrow, a super-srtong, super-fast being that fought the crime during several years until he was caught by the council in 1996. He has never been seen again... His daughter was 15 when he desapeared, and by that time she was starting to discover that the radiation stored in her fathers cells transfored her into a mutant. When she was 20 she started to act as The Golden Arrow in order to follow her fathers job... She was discovered by the famous hero Mountain and he offered her to join forces with him, Golgotha, Valerie Kilie, Windigo and all the mighty heroes of Overwatch.
    What Golden does not know is that his father is in fact not death...The equinox sciientist transferred Jim's brain into a mechanical body known as the Cooper Golem... Unfortunatly as soon as this mechanical entity was awakened it became totally insane... Unfortunatly Jim' soul is trapped in this technical hell.

    How to proceed?

    I'm playing an INV/Eng Tank and I've just got unstoppable, so there are only 6 more powers to choose:
    Energy tranfer 35
    Total Focus 38
    These too are a must... After these 2 I am not sure how to proceed... My travel power is SS, therefore i cannot get all the badges by myself...On the other hand,there is one of the auto def powers that I do not have yet: resist Energies...I would also like to get Swift from Fitness, amd Finally I would like to get the epic pool primal forces for two powers: Conserve power and enhanced accuracy. So How would you proceed:
    4 powers to be choosed from: Swift, Combat Jumping, Super Jump, Focused accuracy, conserve power and resist energies, and when you would get them?

  14. Yeah...You are right, BU is nearly a must in order to deal huge amounts of damage... And the knokback thing in torrent will be a problem...Thanks mate i'll follow your suggestion.
    Concerning enhancemnet slots..I though it was as you say but when placing a Dmg Res enh in the fourth slot for Temp. Inv. it added a 7% def!! How can it be?

    I any case you would agree that Temp. Inv and unyelding are a must (much more than RPD).
    On the other hand, I've invincibility and it is extremely useful...Specially when teaming...as missions are usually crowded.

    Well, cocerning Resist physical damage, in my opinion, it is not solid at all... The main powers in Invulneravility are Temp. Invulneravility, Unyelding (THE POWER) and Invinciblity...These 3 are a must powers. RPD is a power to choose later...

    I'm playing an Invulnerability tank... While planning it on COH planner, i've noticed that i will not be able to choose both powers, so taking into account that I'll have the following def/res powers: Temporal Inv. -5 res/dmg- Unyelding -5 red/dmg- Invincibility - 3def/ 3acc- Resist Elements -4 res damg- resist energies-4 res damg- Unsttopable -4 res dmg-.
    Which will you choose, resist physical damage or Tough Hide?
    Another option will be not to choose Build Up (secondary power is energy melee) or to skip one ancillary power (energy mastery's laser eye beams or Energy torrent)...
    What to do?
    BTW, how about unsttopable...Is it better to slot it with 4 res dmg or better with recharge rate?
