I've actually fought him on my EM/Regen a couple nights ago. He hits HARD. Welldone demonstrated skill, as well in the several bouts we had. Amazing build. -
I've had people complain that the archille's heel would always hit them consistently on my Thugs/. I tested it myself on a 2nd account it hits ALOT. Like 90% of the time.

Doesn't seem too many people read into the forums too often but I spread the word in RV the last two nights I was in there about your tournament. Its fairly packed in there at night but they did seem interested. Hope you have a good turnout, Slax.

For a PvP fort its not bad, but a few things that could be diff,
1) Remove Fighting pool, and put the Steadfast in Indomitable will.
2) Work for more +HP in the sets (not that what you have its bad
as its isn't, but you can get a higher amount, use more Luck of the
Gambler and less red Fortune for a place to start)
3) For the removed Fighting pool think about the stealth pool, mostly
for phase, as you can use a panic button (or for way to attack others
that use phase as such)
4) Your 4 slot Devastation will be better sloted if you use the Quad, and
then the dam/acc, dam/end, and dam/rech you have it undersloted in
reduced end, and your blue bar will feel it.
5) Combat Training Offensive is almost a waste, get Sprit Shark from
for a PPP attack. (FYI the CT:O gives you less ACC then you already
have from set bonuses)
6) This one goes back to 2, use 4 sets of LotG instead of 6 slot sets of
Red Fortune, you'll have more +HP, more regen and more acc. This is
mainly for your auto powers, were all that reduced end and reduced
recharge are wasted. The saved slots can then be used for your Spirt
Shark (plus some of slots you will have gained in lossing Fighting pool
as you wont need to slot much on stealth)
7) I hope you ment Membrains for your Mind Link not Crytos
as the Membrain will ED cap everything thats important for it
(to hit, def and rech) (were Crytos will not change the recharge (IIRC))
Also with these and your nice lv of recharge it will be very near
perma in PvE and very little down time in PvP.
You might do well to check back a few pages I've listed my fort
build, though its a bit more expenive the way I did it, I'd not
say by much.You do have a nice build here and would do
pretty good with it.
Honestly the Membrains and Fighting pool are the biggest things
that scream to me "must be changed". I even can understand the
why on the fighitng pool, but it just seems unnessisary were in
a PvP zone your weave will be lucky to add 1% to your DEF with
all that other powers you have.

I agree. I spec'd my Fortunata for PvP several months back and took Combat Training Offensive, Tough n' Weave, and such and wasn't too comfortable with it.
I took him off the shelf recently to give him another whirl and 4 slotted defenses with LoTGs with the 7.5s, dropped Tough n' Weave, threw the Steadfast Def/Res in Indomitable Will, Aid-Self, Phase, with most ranged attacks with Hover/Flight.
I slotted for ranged defense and damage. He had uber defense in PvE (55-67%ish) In PvP it still sucked though around 35-39 w/ ML I believe (hate i13 PvP!). It destroyed squishies like Fenders, Blasters, Trollers quick but as the majority of the PvPers in zone were Scrappers and Tankers on heroside. Couldn't kill squat fast enough so I shelfed him again in plans to slot for recharge in PvE. -
If the MM doesn't seperate his pets hes done.

I'm not necessarily organized but was thinkin' that we could have larger capacity to store invention salvage. I typically have 3x bins for common, 3x bins for uncommon and 2x for rare salvage. I try to keep at least 2 pieces of the same in each bin but even having one of each wouldn't fit in one bin.
Another thing I wanted to suggest the storage bin interface window to have all the invention salvages greyed out in alphabetical order that are not in the bin. I like to scroll down the window straight to an piece of salvage that I need right away if its in order. If its greyed out I don't have it and if its lit up I do.
Ya may have to have storage bins that only hold common, uncommon, and rare salvages though for easy sorting. -

One other thing... the pets don't have to be on Follow. They're in Bodyguard mode any time they are affected by Supremacy and are in any Defensive mode other than Defensive / Attack. That means you can use Stay or Goto to position them while in Defensive stance without losing Bodyguard, which is ideal for avoiding AoEs that would hit them in Defensive / Follow. Just keep them within 60 feet and in line of sight.
(Yes, since Bodyguard is based on Supremacy you have to be in line of sight. Even if you are closer than 60 feet if something like a corner is blocking a pet from recieving your Supremacy buff that pet will not Bodyguard you either.)

Right. I also believe that BG Mode will not work if you go from Aggressive to Defensive. You have to go to Passive first then to Defensive.
Nevermind, I guess they will go in Bodyguard Mode from Aggressive to Defensive.

I didn't see a PvP Bugs section but since it involves Phase powers I was wonderin' if a Mastermind using Ethereal Shift to summon and setup in temp phase was intended 'cause its pretty damn nice.

Next run I'll take a screen shot getting 5,500 tickets for end mission bonus. Total I got 11,000 tickets and change in hour and a half. I stepped outside to spend some tickets before completing to avoid wasted tickets from the 9,999 cap. If there was a platinum random roll for purples at 9,999 it would make me rich for a short time as I'm sure sooner or later purples value would drop dramatically.

Yep. A MM killed a Tanker in RV the other day and got a Shield Wall: +Res +TP Res Put it up in BM crafted for 150M and sold right away for 302M. Lucky [censored].

I dont think there is any way around it if the Australia population goes down at the same time as America. I think Sydney, Australia is +14 hours ahead of us so if it goes down at 9am Eastern Time here and it would be going down at 11pm in Australia.
Maintenance Time Example:
8AM (EST) -- 10PM (Aus)
9AM (EST) -- 11PM (Aus)
10AM (EST) -- 12AM (Aus)
11AM (EST) -- 1AM (Aus)
... you get the idea.
Someone can correct me if I screwed up somewhere.
