I'm also with the more bio space vote. Most of my bios are a paragraph or 2 - but a few times I have had to edit stories that I really liked.
I refer to them often; having so many characters, its hard to keep track.

Because, dammit, this is a super hero game, and super heroes have fans. I want (nay, NEED!) easier access to keep up with my favorite characters exploits, but not all of my favorite characters on Primal Earth and beyond belong to me. -
not worth it in my opinion. the increase in speed would likely be negligible.
i say put away your $75 and save up for a much better cpu and motherboard.
quick glance at newegg and i see an amd 6 core + motherboard + 8 gigs of ram for $250. shop around and you could likely do even better than that, for a pretty nice system.

I was pleased to see my expired account reactivated as Premium 2 days ago...
Then saddened yesterday that the login screen suddenly says its expired and requires payment.
Anyone else experiencing this?

yes they're down.
emergency maintenance.
they dont know the problem and they dont know when they'll be back up again.
on the plus side the server status page is working and does show the servers down (yay) -
easy way to figure it out?
right click on the time in the bottom right corner of your screen (assuming you're using windows)
assuming that you have set you date/time for your time zone, it tells you your time UTC.
mine is eastern so i see UTC-05:00
that would be UTC time - 5hrs

i agree with maestro - brute, mm, or even stalker. i dont think doms or corrs will do what you want from 1-20
i'd like to add though - you should look for an active and friendly villain group who can help you with things like this. that can help you learn to be a better player and if need be, may even powerlevel you to 20 (really can take as little as 20mins).
i would encourage you though to experience the content outside of the farms, theres a lot of great stuff - especially villainside

a lot of good advice here but, i would disagree on fighting rom where he spawns.
if you are having trouble with rom, its likely the ambushes are overwhelming you too. pull rom to the grassy area away from the "dance floor" and no ambushes will follow.
oh yeah - and lots of the speed runs do involve killing the nictus first. if you plan on trying that - you should probably target through the tank - to ensure everyone is on the same nictus! (and then get the healing one first!) -

one is the "server status page" which lists regular and scheduled maintenance, and has been known to cite emergency maintenance

still no explaination of yesterdays "maintenance"......
likely no explaination of todays either......
thats nice that the ski lodges are open... but we cant use them BECAUSE THE SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!!!!
on a side note.... i dont care about xp doubled or otherwise - i just want to play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
1 bubble per mission - so if you did 10 missions you'd level... i would say thats reasonable ....
bottom line though - are you having fun doing it?
you could PL much faster... but one would argue that you'd be missing all of the great game content.
its all about the journey, not the destination and all that....
unless you are really eager to do incarnate trials :P -
servers went down at 7am est with no notice on facebook or the forums....
i think a simple courtesy message somewhere regarding what is going on and when its going to be over, would cut down on questions like this .... just saying..... -

I began experiencing "stuttering" or "rubberbanding" after the patch on 9/9/10. It was so terrible the market was unusable. At one point i "mapped" an entire mission, only to be sent right back to the door. All of this cleared up mysteriously after the patch on 9/27/10.....
strange coincidence ...... hmmmmm....... -
