Its capitalism. You can always sell it off the market, but it is very convenient to sell it on the market, thus the 10% fee

My 10 year old daughter brought her invuln/ice tank to 50 back in 2009 (without knowing English) and then decided that City of Heroes was childish. Now, two years older, she has started to play again and I think it was the incarnate stuff that brought her back.
However, her build is dated. I am not a tanker person myself (she is a better tank than I am) but I am quite the trader so I now want to spend unlimited funds on making her tank softcapped and overall awesome.
Does anyone have a good soft-capped invuln/ice build that I can follow. She loves the Arctic Mastery Epic, but the build does not have to use that. I can probably adapt it. -

I think their communication is really bad. They could be much clearer and faster.
Also, I lost my last few hours of play and even the whole toon and never got it back. So the rollback was not entirely solved -

Brilliant idea! But the toons I want to get out of Praetoria are all past lvl 5 though now, but I will remember it for the future -
I am on way too often, but not 100% of the time. I constantly ask in the market channel but haven't even got a reply yet .... lets just keep trying, I want in on this action

BTW, pvp drop farming was not what i had in mind... when i first started this post. I am more curious about how much cash can one soul can make (per day or per week), with only playing the market.
That said, regardless of everyone feelings about pvp drop farming. It can be interesting to know, how much can be made, wit that alone, as well. I blame my curiosity on this.
I don't have 12 B days every day, I used to do 1-2 bill per day but now it has become much harder -
I actually had a 12B day last weekend, that was kinda great. I think I need a life.

Got plenty of toons lvl 7-12 trapped in Praetoria. If they could come to Paragon, I could find teams and such again, but now I am stuck soloing them to 20 and that just feels like a chore, now that I have done all the storylines.
I guess Praetoria was not designed for grave cases of altitis such as myself :-) -

Didn't think of the fact that they actually have experienced nuclear attack. That is hard to even understand.
I put my trust in the spirit of the japanese people and hope that we, the rest of the world, do what we can to help them -
I used to make 1-3 bill/day and spend way too much time in the market (I actually play a lot as well) but lately it has gotten much harder so now I am probably doing less than 500 M on a bad day and almost never seem to get over 2 bill

Activity: We have 60-70 active players on a weekly basis. Our playerbase is multi-national, from Sweden, Finland, Norway, the UK, Canada, the US and Australia, so there is usually someone on most times of the day.

Coalition(s): Avesos is looking for more good coalitions. Right now Hero Dawn and Hero Dawn Reserve are our most active friends, as well as our secondary SG, Heroes Institute of Virtue (yes, many embarrassing moments have been had when trying to recruit for the HIV group)
We also have a VG: Avesos - Rogue Isles
Other Details: Helodermitidae has built several highly impressive bases in the history of Virtue and is still perfecting the masterpiece that is the Avesos base. But it is fully functional, enormous and quite impressive already. We just don't have the mutliple movie theaters finished yet.
We schedule weekly events and have Mission Architect writers in the SG.
We are a two and a half year old SG. Earlier we used to be Scandinavian-only but we opened up the SG for everyone in January of 2010. -
