I read they were going to let us know well in advance of it going live because of the new SG Super leader thing. I'd find the post but I really can't remember if it was on the US or EU forums.

I completely agree. It is what put me off PvP. To many sore losers and 'ha ha I beat your @55 you suck' comments get thrown about.

Your not the only one. Had just finished slotting some IOs when I exited the Enhancement management screen to a mapserver message. Now my corrupter is stuck next to a BM getting a day job badge he already has!

I use to work 12 hour rotating shifts. I was having a break the one night watching the TV in the canteen and Gamezone was on giving a review of the top 5 MMOs and CoH was 3rd IIRC. I jotted the name down on a bit of paper and ordered it the next day. I even got my brother (PANGAEA) interested.

As much as I wanted to join in, other commitments (A full Beef Sunday roast at my Nans, including Yorkshire puds.) meant I couldn't join in the fun.

Got a 50 rad/arch Def. Put that down. Only thing I can offer with buffs bar a plant/therm troller.

Depends if you plan on taking Hasten.
Before IOs I had 3 -Recharge SOs, 1 +Acc SO, 1 +Dam and 1 +Hold SOs. But I don't have Hasten.
With Hasten I'd do the same as me but with 1 less -Recharge SO and add an extra +Hold SO. But if you want good damage add an extra +Dam SO not an +Hold SO....
...Hope thats clear enough.
Frankenslotting? Not a clue what that means...

Ghosting.
By now all of you should know what this means.
In most Task and Strike Forces and most Trials this is common place. But I would like to know if everyone thinks about it.
For me it spoils the who reason I do a TF/SF or trial. I know a lot doing to for speed, which is fine. I know a lot of people do it because they have done that mission many times before and its no longer any fun.
I did a number of TFs and SFs the past week. I joined an ITF team looking to do the TF normally. No ghosting to the top and avoiding the ambush. Not ignoring of the ambushes after the cysts. No jumping strait to the computer after the last general. And we still managed a time of 1.18. And that was with mapservers throughout. I was doing The Temple of the Waters SF and a Brute kept complaining about being bored because he only had 4 attacks. So intern kept asking for every mission to be ghosted where possible. Which annoyed some team members.
I would like to go back to the days when teams would clear every map on a TF/SF. For the experience, inf, prestige and the drops. I would love to clear the 3rd and 4th maps of a ITF. Leave no roman standing.
So what is does everyone think about Ghosting?

Hummm. If you had read the last few posts they are mostly talking about PLing, not farming. So they did follow what you were asking.
