it still shows as being up but it won't connect, connection just drops out. all other servers are fine... anyone else getting this?

Just wondering how it works, i'm planning to slot it in Hell on Earth for my mastermind, just wondering does it only activate when i use that power or is it always on?

Hey I'm currently working on a build for my demon/traps mastermind, i'm just wondering what ways could be used to increase pet recovery or reduce the endurance cost on their powers. would putting heal procs like numina and miracle in a power like triage beacon or even in the pet summoning power work? and does slotting endurance discount on the pet summons decrease the endurance cost on pet powers or just to summon them?

elec/shield has better damage output with Against all Odds and Shield Charge, invuln will make you far more durable though. elec/shiled is just a popular build, but it's by no means for everyone, i can see elec/invul being a pretty good choice, and hell, you'll be able to farm just fine with that, my elec/elec still comfortably farms at +2 x8

I soloed my elec/elec Scrapper to 50, completely soloed, i did use an AE farm but it was still soloing.
to make solo viable, you got to be able to tackle multiple foes at the same time as opposed to rapidly killing one guy at a time. Electric for me did this very well, it does lack slightly on single target damage but it compensates well with it's superior AoE abilites, even before lightning rod. after 32 i was confortably soloing +8 mobs. -

I'm just wondering what your take is on if i was to slot snowstorm with an impeded swiftness chance for damage proc. Also will the proc only affect the anchor or will it affect anyone that happens to be in the storms range.

Archery, Assault Rifle, or Psionic. All these have full attack chains that can be used at 80ft+, so combining that with boost range, you can go through most of your attacks at long range.

No, it's not redundant. It's powerful!
It has its uses yes, however NPCs recover pretty quick and they only need a slither of endurance to start firing off attacks. Not that even fully end drain slotted elec/elec blasters won 't drain the hit points of a boss, and often the PS and SC combo will fail to fully drain a lit dry. Also when an NPC has it's endurance drained, they run. run in with PS and SC and the entire mob will scatter before you can lay down some decent AoE damage, something that elec/elec lacks heavily on if you want to end drain effectively.
My first blaster was elec/elec/elec, and i moved on to my ice/erg shortly after i got him to 50, even with decent sets, you can only do so much with elec/elec's secondaries, i eventually just resorted to just going for pure damage rather than worrying about the secondaries. -
First and foremost, Fitness is a necessity, you'll wonder how you got by without once you get it. Also, my typical play-style at least is moving around alot, Combat Jumping in the leaping power pool is very useful, especially when you combine it with hurdle from fitness. It allows you to very quickly dart in and out of melee range/cone range or run, which is what blasters are all about. The more risk, the better reward.
Also if you have a couple of free power slots i'd recommend getting medicine, a self heal for a blaster is very handy rather than having to rely on inspirations all the time. -

Most people monitor hitrolls anyways so they'll be phasing or running as soon as they see Will Dom in their buff bar, regardless of whether they have the proc.

May have been suggested before, but i do believe that NCsoft should consider making it possible to pay for ingame things like the booster packs etc. with time cards. Just like the game cards can be used to boost funds on Exteel or whatever, have it that you could delegate a card to add so many points to your account which you could then use to buy things like the booster packs or the ingame items.
There are still many of us out there who can't use credit cards and still would be quite happy to spend an extra few dollars on some of the booster packs etc. -
brawl is useful especially when a melee foe runs into the middle of all my henchmen and gets pounded to death. If only they can get the AI to use brawl only if the enemy is within melee range... spose all this tweaking and changing of the AI causes just as many problems as it solves.
