Your totally missing the point of why Scrappers take the Leadership Pool. The Primary effects are of little concern: the +Perception from Tactics is fantastic in PvP, and while Assaults Taunt resist is less good, its still a fine addition to your arsenal. Assault is nice because it doesn't need more than its default slot, and no-one should sniff at the bit of extra accuracy you get from Tactics.

If your mainly PvE based, I wouldn't get the Leadership pool unless I was stuck for a power pick. However, even the most greenhorn PvP dabblers will find it gives them many benefits.

Just don't bother with Maneuvers. Vengeance is fun though, but I class it as a luxury power pick.

As a quick guideline, all your resist powers should be slotted 3 resist/2 end. Don't bother putting anything but the default slot in CoD. Slot your heal 3 Recharge and as many Ends as you can spare.

My only criticism is that your taking Siphon Life and Shadow Punch. Now, some people find Siphon Life useful, I don't, but then I have the big DA heal. I think that with all the /Regen heals your not going to need it, and your better served getting a pure damage attack. Shadow Punch just isn't very good.

Oh, and Combat Jumping at 47? Thats far too late IMHO. Might want to think about picking up Laser Beam Eyes for some range, too.

Since +Perception is the new PvP Holy Grail, Tactics is a very welcome addition to any Scrapper build if you can spare the Endurance. And Assault gives you a resistance to Taunts, so again comes in handy for PvP.

On the Foccused Accuracy question, I consider it good enough to strip accuracy SO's from my attacks. This is not backed up by any hard evidence however

One thing to consider is that you shouldn't rely on FA for all your accuracy: if you do much exemping/PvP you likely won't have it, so still slot for accuracy here and there, just don't go overboard.

The status slotting in your attacks is pointless really, you can't enhance how often they occur, just how long they last for. Much better to have consistently hitting attacks through additional accuracy slots IMHO.
