Yeah, I can see how having taken "Sonic Cage", "Disruption Field", "Clarity" and "Sonic Repulsion" instead of the attacks would have increased my own survivability immensely... no, wait - I can't (aside from "Sonic Cage" maybe... but then again not). Paragon Popidol is L22 and you don't get "Sonic Dispersion" until L26.
Besides, she's a (solo) offender build for PvE... taken into PvP during a moment of boredom.

Yep. On pretty much every occasion I use it on my Tanker, after some time - a fairly long time in my own estimate - I start wondering when it's going to crash... then quite some more time goes by, and it finally does.

I've been kicking over bosses and heroes/avs since i respecced to get it around level 26 when i realised that combat jumping was completely pointless
Actually kept the Back Alley Brawler on his backside for a good deal of the fight against him with JK on auto-fire - which was a good thing considering the amount of hurt he was laying down when he was up and hitting.

It used to knock mobs down/back... with the rule more than the exception that the mob would get back up instantly while you were finishing up animation.
But if it doesn't do that anymore, I guess it's actually a (more) useful power now (not that I'd ever take it over Combat Jumping myself)? -

Teleporting villains can be good fun. I have - on several occasions - gone AFK in Siren's Call and come back, finding myself standing around in some remote location (unharmed usually). One time I had been teleported from the gate up on some tall, tall building. I'd have loved to see that as it happened.

I wouldn't recommend CoF as a brute, take Dark Regen instead.
CoF will increase your surivability but its extremely endurance heavy and will mean you get less fury. [...]

Unless he takes Death Shroud. I have both, and I've never noticed any significant decrease in Fury.
With 3 Endurance Reduction SOs, Cloak of Fear becomes quite manageable. -
Definitely get Stamina earlier... either at 20 or 22 - unless you're going to be slotting heavily for endurance reduction.
While you do have Dark Consumption early on, I personally find it to be available too little (with 3 +3 Recharge Reduction SOs even)... and that's with Stamina. -
