I will be slotting ToF with a couple of acc and some ToHit DeBuffs. Siphon Life isnt a great heal. If that's what you are getting it for then consider Dark Regen instead.

Three slotted with Heal SOs, Siphon Life restores me ~260 points of health while also lowering the accuracy of the foe as well as dealing moderate (instead of minor) damage (~50 point of damage I think mine does - I've yet to actually see the damage Dark Regeneration does - the tiny numbers are probably getting lost in the ticks from Death Shroud). Uses half the endurance of unslotted Dark Regeneration, and a bit more than three slotted Dark Regeneration with Endurance Reduction SOs.
I've definitely been happy and satisfied with mine for the... hmm... 20 or so levels I've had it. Didn't get Dark Regeneration myself until L38.
Siphon Life restores 10% of your health unslotted. The damage from Dark regenration is VERY minor but the heal is great. On my scrapper my 3 amours have 1 end red and 3 res which works for me. For a brute I would slot CoF for 2 acc 2 end red and 2 tohit debuff as you would want them to attack to gain fury but miss.
I wouldn't recommend CoF as a brute, take Dark Regen instead.
CoF will increase your surivability but its extremely endurance heavy and will mean you get less fury. Dark Regeneration is an incredible heal, with 1 heal DO in it, it only needs to hit 2 things to get you up to full health, and it helps you get fury by doing damage and getting aggro!

Unless he takes Death Shroud. I have both, and I've never noticed any significant decrease in Fury.
With 3 Endurance Reduction SOs, Cloak of Fear becomes quite manageable.
But think how much fury you'd have if you only had Death Shroud... I know how much because that's how my DA/DA brute is built

I('d) have the same amount of Fury without CoF and only DS as with both.
Ok so if i was to drop cloak of fear. I just hit 28 and its killing my end. I used to hold up Murky Cloud, Obsid Shield, Cloak of darkness and dark embrace and i could just keep going constantly in fights, literally rarely using my dark consumption and never losing end. I've got CoF now and it just dies to quickly. Albeit its not slotted but what would be a better choice?
Bare i mind this toon is for PvE and PvP.
Also how should i go about slotting Murky Cloud, Obsid Shield, Cloak of darkness and dark embrace if at all?

Plus you can handle large groups solo.
Ok so this brute is currently at level 25, but i think i need to respec him. So any ideas for powers and extra powersets, i know i'll obviously need to get the fitness pool with swift/health/stamina.
Travel power? SuperSpeed or SuperJump with Acrobatics?

Smite
Shadow Maul (unsure about this one due to the time it takes to complete the move)
Murky Cloud
Cloak of Darkness
Cloak of Fear (at 28 when i unlock it)
