Description of Zone's Origin: Lord Recluse wanted to create the ultimate death penatly for his victims. That is where Hell Highway started. Arachnos burned down a town off the coast of Grandville and filled it with booby traps to challenge wary villians. It was given the name Hell Highway. Many have died since its opening. Arachnos have been sent out to patrol and look for fresh blood to challenge the Hell Highway. Longbow, yet again, have got on Arachnos' case and tried to eliminate Arachnos in the area and rebuild the town to its former glory. Its electrical currents are massive, leaving opportunites to the Freakshow, who have come to the area. Arachnos formed a Hell Highway Patrol Squad to assist them in keeping the Hell Highway safe from Longbow.

I accept it - but I don't accept it's the thing for me - in real life, I don't do bad things because it's wrong, and in a game a won't do bad things because I don't find it fun.

Even if that did happen I still think it would be rude, for all we know he might be dead, if he has a acceptable and reasonable reason why he isn't doing it then we do not need to throw stuff at him.

But I am still with the majority who are angry and/or dissapointed, he has teh l33t skillz, but if he can't do that for his customers then he is just as bad as a scammer but there is no reason to be insulting to him. I wouldn't insult a scammer, mostly because 1. it's stupid 2. it doesn't get you "respect" and 3. because the scammer might have a good reason for scamming. Yes I would treat a homeless scammer fairly because they need money. If he effictively doing this for a personal reason, I totally understand that. The modern world is unfair to people who can't live in it.

OK, just got my Fire/Kin to level 9 this morning.

I've got a few questions:

1. Should I take Stamina? Or is it one of those builds you don't need it?

2. Is Fulcrum Shift worth the wait?

3. What travel power should I take along with it's buffing friends?

4. Can anyone give me a suitable PvE build?

5. And the big one...this is a bit more personal question but...should I use it as a farming toon or one of my other toons?
