umm, scrapyard is up every 15 mins or so. at least thats my experience with him. and it is not suppossed to be the mobs that pose a threat to lv 50's, it is scrapyard himself that is the threat. just like evey other gm in the game.

Have it like other zone events where the mobs scale with level, as in the Rikti / zombie stuff. The number of mobs spawned may need to be toned down, but as it is, the level 2* scrapyarders pose no threat to a 50 team.

I suggest more bunny costumes for multiplication.

I propose to give level 47-50s (or just 50s) a chance to have a recipe dropped for them to be procedurally converted to a purple, no matter their exemplar level. Say if it were a costume piece recipe. If it dropped to a real 19, it would not get a chance to convert to a purple.

Assuming you're talking either about a */*/Stone Controller or an /Earth Dom, in which case you're far better off using a stun from your primary (Flashfire, Stalagmites) as they are guaranteed mez if they hit. If you aren't one of those two primaries you might as well just use a hold.

It is only 33% and a weak AOE, but it is a stun, not a hold, so Acro does not reduce its duration. Slotted for stun and with PB, the stun can reach 18 seconds... so can the hold from Seismic Smash, but that is a Hold.

I PVP on virtue every single day. The only time I have seen you is when I made you rage in a PVP farm with my stalker.
The PVP on Freedom is lightyears beyond Virtue in terms of ability. I know all the decent PVPers on Virtue. There's about 10, maximum.
Freedom has more good players. This means other servers have less. Virtue is one of those servers.

FYI, from the way this reads, you have two live server installations: City of Heroes and City of Villains. You can uninstall one of your live server City installations. You can run CoH and CoV from the same installation, they are a combined game. You don't need a CoH install and a CoV install. Meaning you can recover a *LOT* of room on your harddrive by removing one of them (City's up over 4GB these days!).

Devs, you need to choose a better place to host meet and greets. WTF at this 5th rate place not allowing sweatpants. You could have told us way ahead of time they don't allow most types of clothing! I'm going to just go in my sweatpants, then strip naked when they confront me.

Umber, in a business sense, it would make more sense to have it be available to be bid on at least until the end of Saturday. More players log on the weekends. Unless you are smarter than me and take into account something I forgot o.o.
