I agree DS would be nice to have increase Magnitude immob. Otherwise, if you use it on immob-resistant mobs, the Phased mobs mix with the unphased mobs and DS just causes grief.
Propel does much less damage than Hurl Boulder in PVP, despite its lesser range and much longer animation. Think one of the two needs to be adjusted, maybe? -

OR make it so The Atlas Medallion requires the STF. The lowest level to obtain accolades redside is way higher than blueside, and this is not fair!
For Task Force Commander, the lowest you need to be is 35, but for Marshal, the lowest you need to be is 45. FOURTY-FIVE. That is a 10 level unfair difference. -

Only that you can replace it once all 5 are used. Turning in the mission with 1 use still left does not set your uses to 5.

This would make it so much easier to redo higher up arcs in ouro in a group, as finding a bunch of 50s just to do a 50 ouro arc is tough to PuG.
A highbie would have to start the arc, kind of the way LGSF used to "work." -

Agreed. KB protection needs to go IMO. I lose my main source of defense when I can't KUp enemies.
