What address are you going to before you try to log in?
Is it boards.cityofheroes.com or boards.coh.com or boards.cov.com or something else? -
I think you can find most of it on the Music page at ParagonWiki.
These are .ogg files so you would need a player capable of handling that file type or a program that can convert .ogg files to .mp3 or .wav or your favorite format. Audacity will handle converting .ogg files to .mp3 and .wav but I haven't tried other formats. I know that VLC Media Player will play the .ogg files. -
I showed this to the Band Director at the High School I work at.
He was amazed at all they were able to do even though he is quite familiar with the OSU Marching Band's shows.
He has plans to show it to some of his classes so that they'll stop complaining about how hard the maneuvers he has them do at our half-time shows are. -

According to the timestamps on Hit Streak's Twitter post and the CityOfHeroes Twitter post, the maintenance was finished before the Twitch.TV broadcast today.

I have been playing COH since May of 2004. I haven't been an active member of the Justice Community since I started working at Paragon in 2008. My main is a tanker. Other than that I think I would reveal too much...
It was nice getting to meet you when you were still "just a player" and I got a warm fuzzy when I found out you'd started working on the game.
One of my regrets the past few trips to the PS events was not getting to spend more time visiting with you.
I look forward to the reactions from some long-time Justice players when you finally make your reveal. -
My first Hami raid I felt totally lost.
Even though I'd been following Tic-Toc's Guide to Hami Raids thread and read it over and over.
My second Hami raid I still felt lost, but it started getting better.
I finally took a turn as targetter at one of the last raids before I9 hit Live. Talk about feeling lost all over again.
Then I9 hit and I had to learn a new system.
I felt lost but we had some excellent leadership that made it easier.
I finally got used to the new Hami but didn't enjoy them nearly as much as the old raids.
Glad you got your first one under your belt. -

I don't recall ever seeing a HiJackThis report with so many services listed.
I stopped using the TeaTimer in Spybot years ago. I stopped using Spybot a year or so ago unless I'm having to do some severe cleanup on someone's computer, and then it's used as a secondary tool to go along with others.
I stopped using AVG due to the bloat. It used to be a really lightweight client that didn't use many resources but that time has long passed.
I've been using MSE for around 2 years, possibly more, and have had no problems with it. -

The answer players have received for the past 8+ years has been "No".
I doubt they would change that policy now that they are sunsetting the game. -

It IS accepting retail box codes that have not been applied to your account to become VIP. -

There have been several variants of this over the years, but the core idea is the same. -
You do know that you can also use the other recipes that don't require G'rai Matter, Notice of the Well or any of the Incarnate Salvage rewarded by TF's etc?
Scroll down the list and there will be another recipe you can use to create that same ability.
Most of it uses Threads and other iSalvage that can easily be gained in DA.
