In my experience, it's the safest Blaster primary. The one time I had someone gripe about my Blaster's KB in game it wasn't my Blaster that was causing the offending KB but rather a Kheldian.

Internet powers, activate! Shape of: a link!

Quote:I think it means that they generally shouldn't look like they're going to snap in half of their own accord, much less if that Warwolf glances at them. Now that I don't understand. Going around with mutant powers for example, means what? They have to look like they're muscled up on steroids?
Personally, I always considered max shoulder sliders to look terrible :/
Max shoulders without a physique increase tends to make the shoulders look bizarre and almost disjointed to me, though. -
Wait... contacts sell stuff?

I tend to increase physique on my female characters at least a little, increase shoulder width a bit at least, and increase hip width substantially.

I only really have one villain, The Dark Cliche, and what he wants is to concoct Terribly Villainous Schemes That Ultimately Fail. Anything from blowing up the world to carving his name on the bright side of the moon in letters large enough to be seen with the naked eye. He also wants to refer to himself by his name rather than with inferior pronouns.
He might also want to fall in love with a teenage girl, comfortable in the knowledge that their love is doomed.
And along those lines he may find that he has to become a "good guy" of sorts, if only temporarily. -
The extent of my cherry-picking in regards to Tip missions is to drop whichever ones aren't located conveniently in the same zone as me.

There are occasions when I don't even play within a monthly period. And when I do, it's generally without even a plan as to what character I'll be playing, much less what I'll be doing with that character. There have been times I joined a supergroup when invited (because their theme fit, usually) and fervently played that character for a bit, leave off for awhile and come back to find it's been booted from the group presumably due to inactivity. (And that's why I generally don't join supergroups any more.)
So, no, there's nothing I do on a daily/weekly basis. Unless you count posting on the forums. -

Quote:I've played the game on higher graphics settings and I didn't even notice that the screenshot was at a lower setting. Some of the high-falutin' settings actually make the game look worse to me. Particularly the depth of field effects, as I recall. Bloom sometimes as well.I always feel so bad for people who play the game on such low graphics. I would give you all decent graphics cards if I could. You poor people. This game is so pretty on higher graphics settings.
In any case, "so pretty" is never how I'd describe the game's overall appearance. "Passably good-looking with some rather attractive bits here and there" is probably what I'd call it. -
I don't require Transformers to be G1-or-else. But I have to like the robot/vehicle designs and I have to not absolutely hate the human characters (particularly if they're far too prominent). A good story and particularly good characters can overcome some of those issues (as Beast Wars did with me).
Bay failed on all counts with me.

As a Support set, it doesn't feel much like a Control set to me. It certainly doesn't put me in the mind of my Gravity Controller. I could maybe see it seeming like the child of Ice Control and Dark Miasma. If I squinted at it through a half-bottle of Scotch.
The bottle would have to be empty for the AoE whompus of Titan Weapons to seem like a minor mechanical difference to me. -
Given that he's apparently not invested in an ongoing acting career, it seems to me he'd be more likely to do a movie just for the heck of it without being worried about it being a major success.

I *like* the animations, but I'd find them too Gun Kata oriented for a number of concepts.

Quote:I tried it within the last couple of weeks on Beta. It took me around 40 packs to get all the costume pieces. I've been down this road with other "collectible" items and I've come to the conclusion I'm not interested in that sort of scamble.I bought only 5 packs to give it a try since I had more than 3.000 points.
I got all the costume pieces, I think only the boots left.
I think you guys should stop complain and give them a try.
I got the belt and the shoulder piece (the pieces I was more intereset of) in the first pack!
Cant wait for next round of super packs! -
I didn't know the latter was a book, but I saw the former at the store and... seriously considered picking it up at least.

I'd prefer if the helmet stuff was in the "half helmets" section, personally.
And I could definitely go for any sort of Jersey-over-pads look, though I'd prefer if I could use it with all the glove options. If only Jackets/Robes had a "Tucked In" option like pants (which could also potentially incorporate short sleeves). -
What really irks me about the robotic claws is that the grey it forces on you doesn't even really match up with the greys you can choose. The forced grey is a tad warmer as I recall. It bugs me every time I try to use those pieces.

Quote:Karnak says that everything has weak points to strike. The idea kind of falls apart when you consider that a lot of the enemies we fight aren't human, and that some don't even have bodies at all. It also doesn't seem to really distinguish itself from martial arts and street justice.

Personally, I would like to see a "pressure point strike" type of set. Preferably with animations somewhere between Kenshiro (and various characters who employ a similar style) from Hokuto no Ken and Gen from Street Fighter Alpha.
The way I'd like to see such a set work, is that each attack stacks a special effect on the enemy for a certain amount of time and when the effect expires the enemy would take damage based on the number of effects stacked. -
It would take me around 15 days of playing to get around to that many Trials run on one character. Which would in turn probably take me 5 weeks minimum to get around to (more likely 10+ weeks). If I could stay focused on the goal for that long.
