New maps/enemies/etc are only new once. After that brief moment all that's left again is the more enduring process of making/building characters.

Of course, I won't make any sort of "call" for one, as I know how hopeless the effort is.
And said character should preferably be a Tank, but that won't be possible unless they finally get around to proliferating Spines. -
That *is* strange. Nature Affinity and Water Blast seem to conceptually go hand-in-hand rather nicely.

I think it's one of *many* anime series sitting in my Netflix queue. I believe I watched an episode or three of it quite awhile back. Hard to say. Right now I'm focused on El Cazador de la Bruja (or something like that).

Yeah, the problem is when you're trying to use that "circumstantial" version and you have to tell people "Dudes, stop harshin' my burst with your To-Hit buffs!"

No, I meant on the Snipes. Since To-Hit is a factor (and I expect it would remain so, even if Defiance were allowed to substitute for it), it would be odd if there were a difference in damage at all.

zero defiance = long animation snipe with bonus damage/effect
greater than zero defiance = short animation snipe with standard damage
It's basically the stalker treatment. If you're in combat, you get the fast version, if you're using it to start a combat, you get the slow, powerful version. -

Hrm... I wonder if they could make Defiance buffs work to mitigate or even outright replace the To-Hit requirement for Blasters...

Unless the smog is thick enough to cause something akin to volcanic lightning, the apparent lightning bolt in the picture clearly marks it as a storm cloud.
