  1. Yeah, even Futurama handled Beholders better.

New maps/enemies/etc are only new once. After that brief moment all that's left again is the more enduring process of making/building characters.

That could be grand. The Dragonlance animated movie was sadly more unwatchable, IMO, than any of the D&D movies.

I'd like to have one of those for a character I "have to" remake as a Bio Armor character.

Of course, I won't make any sort of "call" for one, as I know how hopeless the effort is.

And said character should preferably be a Tank, but that won't be possible unless they finally get around to proliferating Spines.

That *is* strange. Nature Affinity and Water Blast seem to conceptually go hand-in-hand rather nicely.
  6. I thought it kind of rushed to a lame back-to-status-quo conclusion.

Do you have a watch? ... You don't even know what a minute is, do you?
  8. They should put some global To-Hit bonus in those Snipe Sets...

Ditto, with the addendum of: "for as long as I can stand it."

I've long been amused by the various sword and sorcery flicks of greatly varying quality. It seems like there were far more of them in the 80s.
  11. I hated the crafting system in KoA:R, but then I can't recall ever playing a game with a crafting system I like.

Great, now I'm hungry for sliders.
  12. I think it's one of *many* anime series sitting in my Netflix queue. I believe I watched an episode or three of it quite awhile back. Hard to say. Right now I'm focused on El Cazador de la Bruja (or something like that).
  13. I wish I'd've known sooner, but alas I missed it.

I would rather it be an additional way of achieving the effect. I personally like the idea of being able to achieve a constant improved snipe with Targeting Drone without having to lead-in with other powers. Of course, they could always have Targeting Drone constantly reapply a Defiance buff, I suppose.

Yeah, the problem is when you're trying to use that "circumstantial" version and you have to tell people "Dudes, stop harshin' my burst with your To-Hit buffs!"
  16. No, I meant on the Snipes. Since To-Hit is a factor (and I expect it would remain so, even if Defiance were allowed to substitute for it), it would be odd if there were a difference in damage at all.

It's basically the stalker treatment. If you're in combat, you get the fast version, if you're using it to start a combat, you get the slow, powerful version.
Erm... I didn't think there was a damage difference? It'd be kind of odd if there were, all things considered.
  18. My favourite part was "Makanko-potamus"...

  19. Hrm... I wonder if they could make Defiance buffs work to mitigate or even outright replace the To-Hit requirement for Blasters...
  20. On my deathbed, my only regret will be that I'm dying. Unless I'm dying of bone-itis, in which case my one regret will have to be that I have bone-itis.
