I forget how many you need, but the easiest way to get it is to run a Shark sf. After you kill the eyeball av just farm them in that room and you should get it in a few minutes.

I could really care less what powers my teammates did, or didn't take. Unless it's a masters run.
Also not sure why people think you need to carry someone just because they didn't take a few good powers. When I'm on a team I'm not relying on what others bring to the table, but maybe that has more to do with how I build/play my toons. Now if they didn't take any attacks but their tier 1, I would be annoyed but I wouldn't kick them. :P -

The biggest qol improvement I'd like to see is a new full sheet of character slots. I'd pay the $120 (well 80 since I have 4), just so I could stop deleting 50's.

I've had that happen on a few occasions. I literally had to spam "claim" like 100 times, even going as far as sending it back to myself a few times, and trying to spam it on a couple of toons.
