These RULES will ensure that absolutely no one has any complaints about combat in PvP and will ultimately lead to world peace and a cure for cancer. You therefore MUST follows these RULES!!

#1. All players MUST defeat a Mastermind's henchmen before they lay a finger on the MM themselves.

#2. No hero or villain is allowed to run away from combat, if you are in a hopeless battle then you MUST standstill and accept defeat.

#3. Do NOT use breakfrees as it is unfair to anyone with mez protection, all mez protection toggles must be never used in a PvP zone.

#4. NEVER attack the enemies base, people should be allowed to retreat to perfect safety after they have ganked someone in the open.

#5. You MUST announce every single time you are about to attack someone, if they do not reply you are not allowed to attack them. Also ensure that they speak english in advance so as to not take advantage of them.

#6. NEVER run any missions which give your side an advantage or gives you a temporary power. It is unfair to the players who aren't logged on and are unable to stop you.

#7. (TG Favourite ) If you are about to use TP Foe on someone give them at least 24 hours notice so they have time to prepare themselves. Remember, you are invading their personal space with this attack and they should be given ample time to deal with the emotional consequences.

#8. You MUST attack groups (after announcing the attack in advance) and place lower priority on lone players as they may be unable to deal with your attack.

#9. Stalkers must only use their assassin strikes after they have given the opponent a free first hit.

#10. But MOST IMPORTANT of all, ensure that your opponent does not mind having a certain powerset on them. Alergies and unatural reactions to some meta-human abilities can have drastic consequences. When encountering an opponent who does not wish to be attacked with certain types of powers you possess then you MUST restort to the coin-toss emote to decide who would win. The loser must then admit defeat and go kill themselves in the nearest group of NPCs.

#11 If you're a lvl 50 heroe you MUST go to Blood Bay and beat up on all the lvl 15 villains and say 'U villains sux I PWNZ0rED U LOL BBQGRILLIN!!?!?1/1/1/1/1'

#12 If anyone defeats you by breaking any of the above rules, immediately go to official game boards or VN and start a post about what losers they are and/or request a nerf for whatever method they used to defeat you.

#13 If an enemy is otherwise occupied with fighting PvE mobs in the PvP zone, you must wait until said enemy is finished dealing with the mobs you ask if you may attack. Any distraction may result in defeat with XP debt, thus such distractions are banned. Also: You may not help said enemy dispatch the PvE mobs more quickly in order to be able to ask if you may attack sooner. Such actions would be considered kill stealing, and thus, are banned as well.

#14 Right of Way should be observed in all PvP zones. To this effect please only attack on the left side. If enemy is stealthed or otherwise concealed do NOT attack! Accidentally attacking from the right side means you are violating the Right of Way rule!!11!

#15 If your intended target has a scientist following him/her in Warburg, wait until said hero brings the scientist to the bunker- then ask permission to battle, per previous rules.

#16 When on a team, you must ask if the intended target is solo. If so, desist from attacking said hero until he can gather a team of equal or greater strength to your own.

#17 Brag for doing PvE missions in PvP zones as if they are kills

Not true. Stamina is not an essential PvP power ot tree for PvP...it is for PvE but not PvP wise. I still havent found my self in a situation where i wait my stamina bar to go up,i got no end boosting power and yet i have no issue.

Not true. Stamina is not an essential PvP power ot tree for PvP...it is for PvE but not PvP wise. I still havent found my self in a situation where i wait my stamina bar to go up,i got no end boosting power and yet i have no issue.

As for powernova question you dont seriously expect me to answer that Everyone has his tricks and his own build and when it comes to PvP well then some things are kept secret ...what makes u last longer in a fight is not stamina but a properly designed build and attack cycle.

because as i understand it you have made your build in such way that the power is locked out from your build at the exemp level that BB put you down to. Not sure though prolly some of the Darks can help out on that more

The brute is level 40 my character is 50 both SOed than so pretty much although there is a 10 level difference in slots....the problem is u wanna kill a brute bring down defenses and especially the specific one who plays like a stalker jumping around just use a root technique and is over...as for how good a night for villains was..well it was good till a proper team was assembled then they started the usual "you are lame" "come 1vs1" and other excuses like this lmao....remember just because i can tp you in a corner where u cant escape with hide thats not lame is just breaking your most valuable weapon..so nothing wrong to that...is simply unacceptable to hear from a stalker saying that some players are lame cause they are not allowed to run away after performing AS and they get properly faceplanted....anyway regarding the OP as u explain it then must be clearly due to SO difference and nothing more.

Hey man u know since i cant pull 6 ft swedish blondes out of my hat thats the least thing i can do to please u....and as for the TG express uh well i found out from where u can go to Talos island without getting the ferry....

i ll just tell u this once...if u are 8 people and u cant take down one person than the problem is seriously at your end and not in game and enhancements...just having 8 people on person and especially some of them stacking holds is just easy as hell....thats my opinion and especially after knowing that brutes build and seen how she plays...is just too damn easy to trap her and turn her to toast...
