because as i understand it you have made your build in such way that the power is locked out from your build at the exemp level that BB put you down to. Not sure though prolly some of the Darks can help out on that more
Hmm... could be.
You need to have taken it before L25, because that's the level the zone exemplars/malefactors you to.
Why can't I use my Fearsome Stare in PvP (Bloody Bay)? I've seen people terrorize me, why can't I do the same?
