You didn't have to go blue side to get the hero APPs, they're available to everyone regardless of alignment.

And there's probably nothing any GM/Dev can do for you short of telling you to go back redside to finish the arc. I believe this is the way it's designed and working as intended. Frustating but unavoidable.

I wonder if what the OP saw is how it breaks down the bonus into 2 amounts, the one affected by ED (15% in this case) and the one unaffected by ED (30%)?

I do believe global email is tied to the online store so if that's down then your emails will be missing as well. Your stuff isn't lost, you just can't claim it or send any new stuff until it's back online.

I don't know if the store is indeed offline so that may not even be the case.

But seriously, I have pretty much stopped playing either one of my 50 EM users because of the ET change. As others have said already, a slight damage reduction would have been much better.

Were you in the same zone that they were when they went in?

What level are you and what level are the IOs you bought?

You can only slot enhancements up to your level, +3.
