I was running 12.1 just fine on my XFX 4770 often times running with 2 instances.

Loaded 12.2 and had serious problems even with just a single instance running. Long freezes and pausing. Never actually crashed, but the freezes were long enough that I would be dead when I came out of it.

I went back to 12.1 and everything is running fine again.

Make HOs exempt from the effects of ED by 50%, but only allow one HO per power.

That way the power users can use them to 'top off' a power, but it costs them a slot.

I watched it. I never watched the Blair Witch stuff, so I equated The River to "Paranormal Activity" on the Amazon.

I usually go with Psi over Ice and slot a Force Feedback Chance for +Recharge in Psynado. I haven't checked in a while, but I think it used to give you a chance for the recharge bonus for every mob affected by the 'nado. It was even nicer back in the day when they stacked and didn't have the cool down timer!

Psynado is also another good form of mitigation in melee since it causes knockdown as long as you don't slot additional knockback. In the past I've slotted it with Positron's Blast and the single Force Feedback +recharge proc.

I never use them any more. What's the fun unless you can summon as many non-com pets as possible and lead them around?

I've got a Kat/ELA brute I'm working on leveled up to 31. Seems okay, but the Kat animation times make it feel a little slow cycling through attack chains.

I recently played the Hollows again on a toon I was leveling up. I think what really made people hate the Hollows back in the day was the nature of the zone and the lack of travel powers until you hit level 14. It's much more tolerable nowadays.

Or we've gone from zombie apocalypse to zombie apocalypse eclipse!

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
