although

i made a what ever it was with the original one

and a what ever it was with the linear

and they both said they lasted 15 minutes :S

in RV on test i was messing with lots of characters

n i found that the elect melee brutes rule at schock/ambush!

i mean the last primary attack pore the bam bam pow pow here i am lightning thingy

err it does seem a bit confusing ur hero planner

but basically u dont need 2 recharge SO's on the transfusion, it is fine

not much point at all once ur past lvl 38 slottign ur aoe control with hold etc cos if ur teaming they wil be dead about 6 seconds after u lay em down

also, wo! only 1 acc on fulcrum shift! :O:O:O:O its worth putting 3!

also

try loosing combat jumping and SJ once ur higher lvl n just replace it with the kinetics own SJ and then u can get cinders! handy andy power

my pet empath (paragon patriot)

we used to do, both RA's then once they worn out then do AB

i noticed that the regen RA' ws only a bit better

although, i put on my controllers AB, 3 recharge 2 end mod 1 heal

so its ok

then playing with my peacebringer (kheldian...stuff)

ive worked out why the human form PB blasts...wel...suck

energy blast is (i think all0 but mostly energy/SMASH)

kheldians (-incandesant strike not even a blast but o wel!)

their blasts r just energy

which is - the smash n i dont think people realised this would make the dmg...well...suck tbh

i think we either need to have smash added in

or

just the energy attacks much stronger tbh cos they r just so weak
