Flash Recharge time. (Illusion)

All info I can get on internet about the Flash recharge time states that it is 120 seconds. In my case that is not correct. I've timed it and with two recharge reduction SO's in it the recharge time is 145 seconds. Are all these guides on internet outdated? Or am I missing something?

I'm a lvl 25 ill/kin controller and the enhancements are both 25s.

Flash has a base recharge of 240 seconds now. It used to be 120 but they doubled the recharge of aoe controls and halved their duration at the same time.

For accurate power information THIS is the best place to go. It would appear they've been naughty and pulled the power information directly out of the game files.

To make sure trollers are only slightly overpowered now . We do have containment since I5, remember?

Agree. Illusion does need it for PvE (or at least, it helps a lot) but other primaries (e.g. Fire) can even skip their AoE hold.

Actually, it was because with perma-hasten you could use it every fight ... so solo with zero risk (since you could single target hold the one it might miss).

Of course, once they introduced ED, they immediately rolled back this change and ... my bad, they never did.

Containment is an incredible trade off (especially if you team with one or more controllers as you can set it up for each other) but still makes the set more about out and out damage than control, which was what attracted me to the AT in the first place.

Well illusion has other tricks going for them in terms of aggro control. PA is uber, last longer than holds and the combo PA + Spectral terror is just as good as a hold. The problem with illusion isnt control its ways to get containment.

Sure thing. Which is why having a secondary such as /rad or /TA helps

grr i just dont feel like a superhero anymore

i just dreaming away when i finished my maths exam early today thinking about if i started playing on release and how many characters i would avoid due to all the nerfs etc

Hehe, would be cool though to play the 'un-nerfed' characters. I'd like to see the CoH beta, pre- ATs.

i would rather pay £20 to play on a world wide server which is always in the issue 3 style

Even with the "nerfs" I would still rather play Issue 7 than 3.

Regen is still by far the best scrapper set for PvE, You can be nearly as uber as then, With I3 it was just overkill.

You would seriously have toggle IH back and remove all the new content, villians, PvP zones etc from the game?

Nevertheless, EM Pulse lasts longer than PA, but I think it's the only hold that does that, and it's not from a troller's primary, so...
