Well congrats Turbo. All your hard working efforts paid off!

Welcome aboard! As a 6 year vet, I'm looking forward to more!

Baba, I may not have teamed with much and usually on Hami raids but it has been a pleasure to do so. I hope things work out better for you and your family.

Exactly! If rain and snow falling are such "game breaking" mechanics for those against it, then why not have the zone flora change according to the appropriate season. Maybe add some snow on building edges. Something to indicate that we're not stuck in some never ending summer. Seeing a clear and pleasant city every day, devoid of any seasonal change is boring no matter how much you tout Ultra Mode graphics.

I like these but are there plans for more signature characters as well such as Black Scorpion, Ghost Widow, Manticore, etc?

I'll be present on Sunday.

Sounds like a fun event! With enough people in zone, I think it would work better to clear the monsters that spawn Hami for EoEs rather than farming to cut back on so much planning beforehand. That way everyone present will have an EoE and we don't have to waste time distributing them to people who need them.
Plus to make the raid go quickly, have you considered not resetting to the rock after every wave and doing an evacless raid? This is how I've seen this done on Virtue's almost-daily raids.
Make sure all taunt teams get back into position right before bloom, main mass rebuffs at the core, everyone pops an EoE to survive the Hami offense, and everyone retargets their assigned mitos as they bloom. Do this for all 4 waves and Hami gets taken down faster. I've seen this tactic cut the down time for resets and if executed properly, raids on both sides take about 15-20 minutes. Plus we don't have to use any bio nukes to do this.
The only major preparation that would have to be in place are who to use for team leaders. -
The top is still spinning!
I'm so sorry you're about to lose your job.I hope you find something better.
And yes we'll leave the light on for you. -

Supposedly the Green Mitos in the zones are fixed now, but I'm going to stick with the Mothership Raid on Sunday @ 7pm. I also have a huge project coming up during the next few months so I won't be able to organize as many Hami raids.

Quote:You just gave me a great idea on our future base expansion. Rapture awaits!all you're missing are a few Big Daddies, some Baby Sisters, a couple of crazed splicers, add a few ammo and health dispensers, some security bots, lots of Adam and Eve laying around and you'll be all set for BioShock 3

Quote:Welcome back!Hey, i recently decided to reactivate my account and from previous experience i've learned that if i want to stick to it and continue to play i need a group of people or SG to do things with. A vent server is a plus, does anyone have one or know of any who are interested in picking up new players?

I've been meaning to run a mothership raid for some time now.
Seeing as how half the raid leaders are unable to make it and Castle confirms that it is broken and a fix is still underway, we're going to have to call this raid a bust yet again. Not sure when the next raid will happen, but stay tuned. -

I usually call for 8pm EST but people show up at exactly or after the planned start time. 7pm EST seems to work best for both sides. I'm more concerned with lack of people showing up like the last time we tried to get a Villain raid set up.

I would really love to see this in person when you're finished! Great job! -

Thanks for the compliments all! We started this base a week before the last Double XP weekend. It's also not fully finished as our power room hasn't been decorated yet and there are plans for further expansion. I'm going to change that long corridor.
As for prestige cost, it was not expensive at all... it cost us roughly a little under 2 million prestige. We have a 16 x 16 Secret Location plot. We have about 5 active people in our SG... all casual players in the evening. We don't have millions of prestige to work with so anyone can build with limited resources. It depends on what you use to maximize space.
Once you know how to use the stacking tools and a vision of what you want, it all becomes easy to put together. The only room that took a long time to work on was our multi-story workshop where we store our salvage because I wasn't sure about what I wanted to do with it. Other rooms took me an hour or two to put together because I would draw up sketches on my train ride to and from work and used the items that could best compliment the design.
Also a lot of inspiration is drawn from all the base builders in this forum. In particular, Oathbound's base had some great ideas.
