Sounds like a fun event! With enough people in zone, I think it would work better to clear the monsters that spawn Hami for EoEs rather than farming to cut back on so much planning beforehand. That way everyone present will have an EoE and we don't have to waste time distributing them to people who need them.
Plus to make the raid go quickly, have you considered not resetting to the rock after every wave and doing an evacless raid? This is how I've seen this done on Virtue's almost-daily raids.
Make sure all taunt teams get back into position right before bloom, main mass rebuffs at the core, everyone pops an EoE to survive the Hami offense, and everyone retargets their assigned mitos as they bloom. Do this for all 4 waves and Hami gets taken down faster. I've seen this tactic cut the down time for resets and if executed properly, raids on both sides take about 15-20 minutes. Plus we don't have to use any bio nukes to do this.
The only major preparation that would have to be in place are who to use for team leaders.

The . . us here. . Universe kicked thier Ecco butts unlike Tyrant's. So with that Im remaning August 15th a Sunday to Hamidon Wars Slapdown 2!!
So the events planned are EST (yes I know im "pst" but this calls for unified timing.)
Event Time Line:
10:00 am. - 11:00 am est.
Eden Trial: Teams will gather and Launch. with a Time window of 2 hours.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm est
CoV Hamidon Raid: 2 Hours is enough I hope for this
6:00 pm - 8:00pm est
CoH Hamidon Raid: Pants are optional
Then if this all not goes to bad past the time windows a Lady Grey TF or Numina depending on the intrest to close the event.
As for EoE's im sure we can gather some of the next coming weeks or . . . Share what is needed.
