It is pretty hard to get a good attack chain going with Dark Melee, so adding pool power attacks like Air Superiority is a good move. Hasten is another way to attack this issue. Personally, I dislike Hasten now that it isn't perma, but to each his own.
I think you are being a bit too paranoid about endurance, but end reduction slots in your attacks can easily be replaced with recharge. If you had taken Fighting with Tough and Weave it would be another matter,then you'd need the extra End.
Just to show you an entirely different way to build dark/regen, I'll post my own Whirlwind build (lvl 22 atm, so I just got Whirlwind). In this build, my attack sequence is Shadow Punch - Shadow Maul - Flurry - Shadow Punch, with infinite repeat. There is a short wait for Shadow Maul to recharge unless I give it 3 recharge SOs, but that's ok with me. And Whirlwind lets me occasionally do dramatic things, like solo a +3 boss without taking any real damage. Just know that I run out of End when running Whirldwind, but that's ok since I recover end while fighting all-out without Whirlwind.

Hip, hip houray!
On these veryboards, I posted about my dirt-poor toons who had just emigrated from the US servers. I had several answers and the one that really came through for me was Righteous Bob. Now my three toons are well-financed!

If this is true, it is indeed an interesting upside to the otherwise pretty useless Jump Kick. Since no mobs use it (as far as I know), it is not a PvE problem.
Only odd that it is so completely undocumented.
Has anyone tried this on knockback-resistant mobs? Arachnos Mu Casters and arachnobots come to mind. -

I just moved two of my beroes from the US servers to Defiant, while my other heroes are on Union. Then I discover that I am dirt poor - at level 22 and hardly have any trainers.
Could somebody spare a million for a poor immigrant?

Grand idea. However, I see no indication whatsoever that the devs are considering a change to Defiance. The bottom line is that Blasters still do more damage than anyone, which the Devs constantly seem to regret, and the real special power we got was the slight Hp increase over Controllers and Defenders.
If Blasters are to get a real special power, even a substandard one like Scourge, I am afraid we will first have to lose damage. -
Just giving you my Claws/SR build. I have this to lvl 44 on Infity/US. You can do many wierd things with Claws. At present, she is a short-range flying blaster with defense.
I have been thinking of respeccing her to a Stalker Hunter with Maneuvers and Tactics - along with Focused Senses, of course.

Super Speed as a travel power is a personal choice, but I'd never take it on a SR. Combat Jumping + Hurdle is a VERY good combat movement power and adds some much-needed defense as well, and SJ goes naturally with that. Ditch Hasten and SS. With Quickness your walking speed will be good enough for most basic purposes, so you can get much needed Health.

Hover was hit terribly by ED. Before ED, it was a very nice combat movement power. Now it is too slow, particularily for a meleisst, and especially on the outdoor instance maps. Don't even mention PvP.

Expect this to be permanent. The stalker is basically the only villain AT suitable for PvP.

Corruptor - A fancy name for a defender
Dominator - A controller, only less
Mastermind - No punchevoke on pets -

This is something that we'd like to add for PvE and PvP - something along the lines that if a player is at 100% health, a single attack can only bring him down to 10% - or something along those lines.

I dont think its a good idea for PvE though, stalkers are in my humble opinion a bit underpowered in PvE. They really need to carry that hard punch. They will turn too much into scrappers with no defences if they dont have it.

There was never talk of this applying to mobs. Hopefully, and by the indications given so far likely, it will apply for players in PvE. That is mobs can't one-shot you, buy you can one-shot them. -

Our favorite peacebringer kitten reaches the big 5-0, and almot entirely in hu... cat form! No wierd tentacles here, only an occasional crab.
Great job, and kudos on all the voids defeated - even if some of them caused us to go stir crazy leading others than you to faceplant to save your tail. In the end, we got thigs pat down.
Also gratz on being the founding member of No Such Agency - even if we never existed in the first place!

I think the devs have been talking about increasing the rate of Fury gain based on the rank of the mob - so you get more Fury off an archvillain than off a minion. I suppose this would apply to Dmination as well, In fact, I hope it would apply to the defense per mob that Invulnerability and ice Armor gets, too.

Ice Control has so many drops and auras it has a hard time building Domination. However, your drops and auras give you very, very good control for a dominator, and you don't have the Ice Controller's problem that you can't do damage.

Team Teleport is reported to work on minions - sort of. Minions (and other playes) teleported with Team Teleport do not get the grace "hang in the sky" period, so if you teleport onto anything but a solid surface, they will instantly fall.
