    Why? I don't know. Seems a 'tad' more stable than a lot of them and a little more straightforward rather than off-the-wall wacko. Batman's rogue gallery definitely wouldn't be my first choice when applying for henchman work.

  11. Stone/Electric - excellent synergy (recharge/AoE/end from Elec reinforce Stone very well), lighter on AoE than some, but SMASH and ST are good, Fault + Tremor will improve survivability by a mile.

    Electric/Fire - Blazing Aura + Fiery Embrace + Build Up + Lightning Rod + Burn, what's not to like?

  17. The Plutonian likely could handle that (being essentially 'Superman'). Max Damage, depending on how long he's been awake could easily take a direct hit, although he'd be completely off his rocker from sleep deprivation at that point.

    Ajax, from CoH Omega team likely could, since he's supposedly literally invulnerable to harm, and not just really tough.

    S/L is so common that it covers most attacks, since many ranged & elemental/energy attacks have some s/l component. Psi damage, imo, is just too rare to bother slotting for.
  19. I've considered starting fresh, although if I do it will likely be with 2 new characters on the VIP server. There are a few on virtue that I plan to get rid of, either by straight deletion or server transfers, so that I can roll something new. Among these would be Planet Smasher, Karma Kincaid, Zero for Hire, Grim Fandango, Sunrazer, Warrior Widow, Incorruptible, and Galvanized. Maybe a few others, but at some point they just need to go if you're not enjoying them.

    New stuff, is new stuff. It all goes into the giant Creator grab-bag and comes out as something new. Kinda hard to see the female barbarian costume (for me at least) since whoever made it decided to colour it the same as the skin. I welcome any and all new options. Maybe I might find some new pieces to add to my Native American costume (which might fit the barbarian bill, I dunno, you guys are a little psycho on the topic).

    Well, you certainly found a crapload of defence. 50+ on melee and s/l.

    Without fiddling too much with what you have currently, there are a few changes I would make.

    Changing the End Mod in consume to the End Mod/Recharge will cut about 15 seconds off the recharge, with only minimal reduction to end/foe.

    I would drop Maneuvers for Fiery Embrace. This still leaves you safely over the soft-cap, saves some endurance, and gives you a good boost to damage.

    I would change one of the Defence in Combat Jumping to a Karma -KB, to replace the one lost in Maneuvers. It only drops defence by 0.6%.

    Also, changing the Gladiator +3% def in Temp Protection to a Steadfast +3% def would likely pay for most of the rest of your IO's and net almost the same benefit.

    Swapped a Def/End into Weave, dropped the other def from CJ for a LotG +Recharge, and 5-slotted Doctored Wounds into Healing Flames for the recharge bonus.

    Your def to Melee and S/L is still above soft-cap (~47%), saves some influence, and some end, which will hopefully come in handy since Obliteration has almost no End Reduction as a set.
