I believe all you need is the path to the city of heroes directory. It's something like "C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\" though I believe it's different for Windows 7.

I think this might be the latest, it says I22 and updated in March.

Have you made sure there are no broken costume parts on it?

Longbow Eagles have a power called [Positioning] specifically designed to keep them fighting at a distance. It pops a 100 mag fear on them when they get within melee range of an enemy. A few other critters have it as well, like many members of The Cabal.

If I recall, it was specifically removed from just the final mission of SSA1. Last I checked, about a month ago, the lava still causes damage to the Lost boss in mission two.

You might want to repost in the Technical Issues & Bugs section. Make sure and read the [Guide] Asking for technical help on the forums thread first and post the relevant info.

Should have just posted the Obligatory Wiki Link to begin with.

Quote:Or spend 2 to change it to a different set in the same category. For example, you can convert a level 50 Doctored Wounds into a Numina's Convalescence. You cannot change an uncommon into a purple. You can spend 1 converter to turn one IO into another IO of the same quality but of a random set, or spend 3 converters to turn an IO into a different one within the same set.
Quote:Conversion always stays in the "quality" of enhancement. Uncommon becomes uncommon, rare to rare, purple to purple, with the exception of pvp IO's which are considered their own "quality" so will always be pvp to pvp. -

Quote:I must be stealing your luck then. I've converted about 10 Celeritys and Unbounded Leaps into Stealths and had only one time where it took two tries to make the stealth.Case in point: I had a Celerity Run that I wanted to convert into a Celerity Stealth. I had a 50/50 chance of getting it, since the Celerity set only has three enhancements. Well, I had to burn 12 converters before I finally got the stealth IO. The first three conversions went back and forth from Celerity Run to Celerity Endurance, and back again. My usual luck at play.

Enhancement Converter Salvage
For 3 converters, it can be converted to a different random ATO in the same set. Or for 1 converter, it can be converted to a different random ATO in a different ATO set. -

If I recall correctly, you can skip to the end of Max's arc. It'll be harder by not breaking out all the Malta leaders, but seems like it'd be quick if you have a character capable of handling it.

Quote:Keep running missions for her. Those mission were changed and are now Take down the WarWorks and Take down NightstarObviously I want to run all the arcs eventually, but at this exact time I'm more worried about being sure I hit the badge requirements. Anyone know if I just need to keep running missions from her, or did I somehow miss these?
edit: also Part Three: Go to Praetoria and destroy the stolen scanner
I think I fixed those on that wiki page, may be other problems there, though. -

While I believe a simple yes/no answer would have been more helpful, the question is answered on the "Spreadsheet o' Enhancements".

If I recall, when you open up the map the entrance will show up there.

Vigilantes are still Heroes. Rogues are still Villains. Even though a Rogue is a 'shade of grey', it still won't earn Prestige for a Hero SG, nor will a Vigilante do so for a Villain SG.

No, 6 even level Acc SOs will give you about +115%, short of the 144% needed to get 95% chance to hit +4s. Three even level SOs will give you close to 95% final to hit +3s, though. That's assuming no other ToHit buffs, like tactics.
