Apex, Tin Mage, Lady Grey. I enjoy Apex because it's always got me on my toes, more so than Tin Mage. The Battle Maiden Battle is simply epic. I enjoy the battles against the War Walkers in both those TFs. Lastly I enjoy Lady Grey because at the time when it first came out, finding out Honoree was Hero1 was a great plot-twist for me. Ever since I started the game I modelled Sov after Hero1's designs so it was great to see the character that influenced me become a Villain.

1. The Avalanche (Created it for some of my friends for a few years before SF was created.)
2. Stryke-Force Kappa (Was division head because was recruited by Stryker to run it. Around the same time Amy got moved into alpha division. Long story, one of my friends who founded my SG had returned and joined SF because its activity and referred my to Stryker which I negotiated with and had certain exemptions from duties the other division heads.)
3. Went back to Avalanche after I decided SF wasn't for me and stayed there ever since. -

My first character was a BS/Regen Scrapper on Champion named SovereignSavior. I chose BS/Regen because I wanted something survivable and contribute enough to a team. For a long time my concept was a support- toon scrapper. Which the medicine Pool had helped me a lot over the years until I finally got the healing badge via arena. Then I took different directions with Sov to keep him a little more streamlined for balancing PVE and PVP. It wasn't until Issue 18 that I finally respec'd and picked up Instant healing and Mog after 6 years.

One way I've managed to keep pets under control in regards to using range is toggle between defensive and aggressive. This will cause the pets to run towards an enemy and attack and will also keep them at bay and run towards you. THat's how I bypass this pets running into melee deal. Also I bind different tiers of my pets onto 3 other buttons to act as body guards so I have better control of which pets I want in melee and which I want at range.

Got mine soloing through 50 without any major problems so I'd say they're pretty darn good.

Ditto on the Caltrops. It's an amazing Damage mitigation tool. It forces the game AI to run out of that area yet try to run back and fight you which is precisely what you want to do. It's great for situations where you need to get you bodyguards ready. Great for narrow passages, great for open spaces and huge mobs. Great for teams and soloing. In PvP, it's great for exposing Stalkers.

I'd get caltrops for sure. They are there when you need them, where you need them, and more than likely for far longer than you need them. -

Really enjoy playing with anyone who has reasonable ability at least. I dont get caught up picking & choosing cuz that just causes a clique that alienates everyone else... Really enjoy grabbing random peeps and try to make some magic happen. Led an all-range pug speed-ITF the other day and we just totally rocked it...

I'm 26 (but phsyically look like I'm 15 and IDed 99% of the time), openly gaysian and from Toronto. I'm completing my post-post secondary education in an illustration of Sequential arts diploma to become a comic book artist. I've previously graduated with a Major in business and Society streaming in Psychology and Sociology.
