Um... I think I get your general point...that reviews should be visible to people playing the arc...but damn...that brick of text is one hard thing to penetrate.
[/ QUOTE ]
It stikes me funny that someone arguing for "easy to read" formatting for MAarc reviews posts a wall of text to explain his/her views...

You may keep your damned Speed Boost to yourself, please.
I'd rather know what's going to happen when I try to move. And if you must go zipping off ahead of the tanker, you do so at your own risk.

Ahh the same old tired arguement after all these years... to the "I cant contol my character with SB!" crowd I offer this: Learn to Play.
If you overshoot your target- use /follow.
This is a operator error issue, not a problem with SB as a power or its effects in game. The 20% recharge and huge end boost SB gives far outweighs minor issues with people being poor at controlling their characters movements. Practice.
Your inability to control your character cannot contstitute a team emergency where everyone must slow down and wait for you.
So...yeah. Learn to play. -

Yet, if so much as one person died (hey, it's the teeens), I could do whatever I wanted and the blue bar would keep increasing.

And thus was born the "death slave".

Defender with vengeance. One of the only times in the game as a defender where you actually WANT your teammates to drop dead.
I think they "balanced" the inherent of defenders around having vengeance, and a /fire blaster (preferably one with a "watch this guys!" attitude) on your team at all times.

Yep. Nothing says heroic/villainous like going to the registrar every 2-4 weeks to pay rent... I wish my SG could hire a secretary to take care of the effing bills- I gots bad guys to bust. -
Tricorder readings indicate massive buildup of win in this post.

I dont suppose there is a slash command for switching builds on the fly? Going back to the trainer heroes is pretty inconvenient for build switches (especially during TFs).
15 minutes between switches is fine, but without a trainer nearby, it makes this feature hard to use when you need it.
Unless theres some slash command I missed? I did not see one listed for build switching when I last looked to see if it was added. -

Plus, wellÂ…do you really want to be responsible for giving our Devs big heads?
[/ QUOTE ]
I would worry about their waistlines more then their heads getting too big (too late?)... I hope you have a gym at work.

Not that I know of.
It still sucked last I tried it, and I have several of them sitting in my base that got salvaged from builds once it got nerfed.
Awaiting its return to usefulness... -

I would like to know how people plan on spending all these tickets? Buying rare recipes? What level range? What roll type? Or is getting the unlockables first more important to you?
So many tickets, so many questions.
So how do YOU spend your tickets? -

For those so inclined, please refrain from advising me to six slot my Haymaker power with six Hecatomb.
[/ QUOTE ]
Pfft.
I was only going to tell you to slot 5 hecatombs... how presumptous!
I actually couldnt agree more with the sentiment of this guide. I also find it pretty ridiculous when people post full purpled builds as guidelines on "how to fix my build" posts... any build with 5 sets of purples in it is going to rock, you really arent helping much by posting that. -

Good guide, but I don't agree with you at all on Shield Charge.
It will do more total damage than any other attack power you have with this combo, so I don't see how you can skip it.
I'm not sure why someone would take Shields if they skipped this power.
[/ QUOTE ]
This.
I would find anyone who skipped an huge AoE high damage teleport self (that causes KnockDOWN) in their secondary...insane. There is no circumstance under which I would ever skip Shield charge from this set.
Otherwise well thought out guide. -

Damn thats really cool. kudos. -
TL;DR
All youre going to do is farm behemoths anyways. -
I've been saying this since accolades came out and cant agree more.
/SIGNED.
I just recently levelled up a scrapper and was forced to engage in some serious debt capping and doing content not meant for a lvl <30 just to get all my accolades for the SC zone range. I got geas, eye of magus, portal jockey, atlas medal, freedom phalanx and elusive mind all before or at lvl 30, and I can tell you for certain it gives me a nice advantage in sirens call, one that my level 50s who were 50 before I2 can only dream of having.
This all came at the cost of alot fo time spent, alot of favors given to help me do it, and alot of content done that skipped far ahead of natural progression.
The only ones being penalized by the exemp rules are the old 50s really. Because theres alot of 30s around who did just like me more recently and got all these accolades earlier on newer characters, thus making them more powerful without justification then thier older counterparts.
Id also like to have IO bonuses not go away unless the power they are slotted in is exemped below... but thats a whole seperate issue. Both issues combined factor into making me not even want to bother "flashing back" and exemping much at all, since I already hate exemplaring as it is, thereby losing all my accolades AND my 250+ million inf worth of set bonuses on several characters...
Anyways, a big /signed for the OPs post. I cant wait for the San Jose Cryptic meet n greet. -

i think you just gave me a brain tumor, serps.

Yes. Reading what Serps writes can do that to a brain.
Nice try at making an awesome guide Serps, but it comes up short in the awesome department.
