I am taking a break soon myself, after 5.5 years of playing coh I need it

Ill be back when I get my bigger HD so i can play both games at once

    [/ QUOTE ]

BAH! We aren't ALL leaving. Actually, I may have played with you during the podcast meet-ups, send me a tell if you see me on. @Sinnersaint, and Guardian is my home server.
  3. I just can't do fantasy games. I didn't like D & D and I haven't liked any of it's clones since.

It's pretty fun to wander over into programmer land and causally ask, "So what's up with the chat bug?"

They have said that not having reliable repro steps makes this particular bug nigh-impossible to track down, so if anyone can figure out a way of making this happen 100% of the time, I'm sure those guys would name children after you or something.

I'd even push for Posi to hand out the vaunted 'badge-which-must-not-be-named"

There is one instance in which it happens to me 100% of the time. It's not the only time it happens, but it happens everytime I'm at WW placing bids or things for sale. I leave, go to say something and it's all 300005000020000heyas.
  5. I actually accomplished something similar on my last arcane base. I have 6 porters arranged in a circle and wanted to attach the beacons to the front of them. I accomplished this using wall torches, cubicles and tons of trial and error.
  6. Oooooo, I will hafta break out my July 4th costume.

  8. Hello all,
Well, we took Anna to her appointments with her surgeons and oncologists and received some very good news, but I wanted to wait until her oncologist checked on a few things. So I called them today and Anna is in remission and will not require any further chemo treatments. She will still need to keep seeing the oncologists for quite awhile to make sure it doesn’t return, monthly for now, even less frequently after a couple years.
    So, finally…..YAY ANNA!!!

I’ve been waiting so long to be able to make this post. I want to thank everyone for all the prayers, positive thoughts and energy….everything. Thank you.

  10. Actually, I have an old excel spreadsheet I used to use. It's horribly out-dated now insofar as prestige costs and all, and I can't even remember where I got it from, but if you want I can email it to you. Just tell me in-game at @SinnerSaint.

edited to add: Also, it's so old it may be missing a couple plot sizes that were added later.

well the one that i was mentioning was Mia Rose, she quit and now plays WoW on the Mal'Ganis server as an Undead Priestess, and she got her sister who also does porn to roll a lock.

If that was her global, she isn't the one I heard about.
  13. [ QUOTE ]
i know guardian had a porn star playing until she quit and moved to wow.

Yeah, I heard of that one myself.

  15. Hello everyone,
I have been waiting for all the information I could get before updating you all on Anna’s progress. But, while we were still in the hospital, my wife updated Anna’s caringbridge.com site twice, so I am including her posts first, then my follow-up with the pathology report findings.

P.S. In my wife’s posts, she refers to pics that she’s posted. You can see them at Anna’s caringbridge.com site, the addy should be in my sig, below. SS

This is a part one of a two part post.
It was an early day this Wednesday the 10th at 6:15 in the morning, as you can see in the picture I have named my pod people, they are so tired they look like twins. She went in at 8:30 am. A special thank you goes out to our sis Amy and our family friend Carrie, for keeping us in great spirits, and laughing through the wait. At 11:30am Dr. Chan came out to tell us that, they were unable to save the Adrenal Gland, as it was completely encased but they were able to save the kidney and the intestines as they were able to “Peel” the tumor off the arteries as well as the veins with the added bonus of the part of the tumor that made its way in to the divide of the liver they were able to “Peel” that away as well. They did do a biopsy of the liver tumor and it went all down to pathology to be tested. All in all they were able to “debulk” the tumor by 95%. There will be one maybe two more rounds of chemo to make curtain that they got everything even the microscopic cells that she may have floating around but they said it went splendidly. So in your thoughts of thanks please include the surgical staff of Dr. Morden, Dr. Chan, and Nurse Tina as well as the rest of the wonderful people who had a hand in Anna’s surgery day! Thank you everyone for the thoughts prayers and well wishes we have no idea where we would be without you all.

OK here is part two... we are home she was released from confinement and is doing great we have a follow-up with the surgeons in 7 to 10 days and then we meet with the oncology doctors the same day to discuss the next step we got the pathology results back so the next post will be done by "MR GOOGLE" so keep an eye out for it. Here is the picture I took when she woke up in the room. She looks like a little sleepy piggy. As always thank you for all you thoughts and love you are the best we couldn't do this without your support.
    Meri

    Hello All,
So here I am with the update Merr promised. She left you all off with the surgery results and I have the pathology results in my hands now. I had it all typed out and Googled the heck out of all the $10 words, but it all seemed to boil down to the following:
    A. The main mass and adrenal gland: The mass was attached, but not invading the adrenal gland. The mass was 85% mature (dead cancer cells) and 15% immature (active cancer cells).
    B. The “left hilar tumor”: Same as main mass.
    C. Liver biopsy: Benign lesion with a mild increase in periportal (veins to the liver)inflammation and a small bile duct hamartoma. (A hamartoma is a benign, focal malformation that resembles a neoplasm in the tissue of its origin. This is not a malignant tumor, and it grows at the same rate as the surrounding tissues. It is composed of tissue elements normally found at that site, but which are growing in a disorganized mass.)
That’s pretty much what the three pages of doctorese boiled down too. Next up is a follow-up with the surgeons (probably to remove the dressing on the incision) and the meeting with the oncology team. The surgeons have already indicated that they recommend at least two more rounds of chemo, and possibly radiation to take care of the possible remnants. And that’s pretty much where we are at the moment. We are scheduling the appointments for Monday and we will update you all then.
Thanks for all the support, thoughts and prayers,
    SS

That's the way to go. My condolences on your loss. Don't get too wrapped up in the sadness of it all though, take time to mourn his passing, but also remember to celebrate his life.

  18. Terror,
My condolences to you and your family. Take care of yourself and we'll see you when you return.
  19. Terror, you and your family are definitely in my thoughts. Take care.
  20. Sorry Knight, I'm going to need to bow out completely this week as my daughter's surgery is scheduled for the 10th and we will be in the hospital while she is recovering.
    Thanks,
    SS
  21. Sorry all, game crashed loading into th mission. I'm totally beat though and am heading to bed. Thanks for the missions, I hd a blast.
  22. Hello All,
We got the call from the surgical team Wednesday and they believe they will be able to do the surgery now. So, on Wednesday, June 10th, Anna will be going into surgery to have the adrenal mass removed and the lesion on her liver biopsied. Right now, the only things we know is that the team has booked the operating room for 4 hours and that Anna will need to stay at the hospital for at least 3 days, depending on how well she recovers.
Merrie will be meeting with the surgeons on Tuesday for any questions we come up with. I will be on a field trip with David that day, so won’t be able to make it to the meeting. Merrie and I are looking forward to this step as it means Anna is coming close to the end of her arduous journey.
Thank you all again for all prayers and positive thoughts,
    SS
  23. It seems to me that you've already put time, effort and prestige earning into your own SG. Why not find a nice SG and coalie with them, check out their webpages and see if they invite coalies to events. Be a shame to just walk away from a decent base and all.

    Unabashed

Oh, it's still in the game, and without a doubt, it's the hardest exploration badge to get. The reason you aren't getting it by running all over the shields is because it's beneath the shields. That's right, the only time you're going to get that badge is during a mothership raid. It is in the center. Watch your server forums for scheduled raids and you should be all set.
