Easy(?) change, door creatures work like rikti invasion creatures... Do dam according to your lvl.

Actually I think everything in every zone should work like that, could get rid of lk/SK system too that way. Mobs being "your lvl", +1, +2 etc instead of being lvl X..

... Hmm wasn't exactly clear, but I think most of ya get the idea(?)!

Almost worth kicking my hero back to life for this one. Do expect a server crash, but god-d.. it'd be worth it, we expect snapshots, please!

That's odd. I updated my drivers few days ago, had no problems at all. Still few zombies though. A few jumped out of the ground at me yesterday morning, about half a dozen. I missed all the rest

Well, running vista, rather bad idea I tell ya... Ooooold drivers worked fine and new drivers really only seem to have a problem with CoX and crashes and really only if I switch between CoX and other programs (firefox etc). Now, vista recovers from the driver crash and no other program is ever affected, but the game will keep crashing the drivers immediately every time I start it from there on unless I restart the machine. So if you have some oold 88X drivers, keep them!!! ...oh, that was rather OT!

My xp machine works like a charm, but it's slow, lo-res and generally... not fun...

Anyone been on today? Have loads of work to do all afternoon, so not prepared to waste one more day just waiting. If I understand it correct it didn't work correctly last evening, invasions in all zones isn't supposed to happen?

Ok, 21.46 CET and I just chrashed due to those buggy new Nvidia drivers (well, they don't work well with CoX, that is) and not restarting computer since anyone at the cut-down Euro NC center has obviously quit for the day hoping this disaster will show the HQ they did a bad thing?

Another well done job keeping current customers happy and bringing in new ones. I'll make sure not to ever get addicted to any NC game again.

...back to Travian, it's free, bug-free and more fun! Thanks for keeping us posted GR & Co! I guess hunting down naughty people on the ancient forum is more important than wasting customers time. I'd like NC to pay for the aspirins I've used today!

FYI, someones doing a lower lvl, short SF soon so if any sf is a trigger you might get lucky in 1 - 1½ hour, if not...

and as for your time being wasted... What about the players time? Second day wasted sitting by the computer doing very little but getting aggravated so don't give us that (cencored, but think Penn & Teller show) GR. At least you get (cencored) payed while we (cencored) PAY for the (cencored) (cencored) so do..not..go..there...

Well, killing, erhm, defeating madly should fill up the 333 floors down, might be worth trying... In Grandville killing everything I can find btw, because still none on defiant villains so far.

It's a good laugh that a Uni has so severe firewalls. They're supposed to be all about freedom of thought, speech and blah blah. It's one thing to protect the uni resources, but what you do on your private computer...

You just might have a better chance of affecting the "policy" than getting "through" the firewall.

Guess that means there's still no point logging on to defiant... No I13, No Zombies...

I've made a very special choise to stay on defiant due to the community there. I've always left Onion in a hurry whenever I've tried it. Didn't even get my fire/rad troller (powerteam) to 50, imagine that!

To my defence, I'd owned the game for 10 minutes and really, really knew absolutely nothing about it. I was lvl 28 before I realized there was something called DO's and SO's. Back then I was what's know as a "casual player" (e.g. my lotro alts are still lvl 1-20 after 2 years)

I think we've all done the inevitable and tried out the useless, stupid powers. Personally I make it a point taking "the wrong" powers, since nerfs seem to make'em useful sooner or later, It's also rather fun to have powers most people have never seen (because they're so useless)

Instead of selling something on the BM I've sometimes looked up the latest prices, and ended up bidding on what I was supposed to sell. Luckily most things are so overprices I can usually redraw my bid before I get it.

Oh, and how many keep forgetting that temp rez power? Swallowed loads of wakies instead of clicking that one!

I mostly get harassed when I play my kins, especially if there's a stone brute, they always cry for SB, rightfully so.

I think you just encounter the same phenomenon I usually get when levelling my alts at odd (non-smurf) hours. I tend to get invited to the same "team" or "people" repeatedly for days or even weeks. If there's a n00b or otherwise annoying (k, that was slightly evil) person in that team, you'll soon begin to wonder if the game is full of'em.

...of course it could also be that you lack the skill to keeping the team buffed!

Also at lower levels in PuG teams you sort of expect some people to lack knowledge and end up telling people what to do if they're unknown and untested. Then again, that just might be me, being a helpful teacher!

As in pvp, the trick is to just completely ignore it. The regulars use skype, so I hardly even read the chat nowadays, except for the pvp ranting since that's usually rather amusing in small amounts!

Pacing of the sh.. tutter is deffo favoured. Everyone seems to be getting those a lot.

I'd say there's something seriously wrong and the merit system is prolly a way of fixing something they can't fix because they don't understand what's wrong!

Well, a purple can cost 300M, I deffo get a LOT of loot, like regular IO's, salvage and even rare recipes on my way to those 300M to make the market happy I'm working, so I'm not too confident in your statement.

Unfortunately I can't stand farming (because I deffo need it at the moment after slotting too many alts, and Hey, I still miss one inf badge)
