I noticed sortlike since Issue21, currently on few ways i found was to dismiss all pets (you sometimes still see them standing, but your pet window will be empty) and then either zone or relog.
In the wost case, you need to log out for either a longer period (so the server 'resets' you) or login to another character (this pretty much does the same). -

On my brute its pretty usefull in farms, you can jump to the other side if you're stuck and the damage scales nicely with Fury. The AoE is somewhat small, recharge rather long, but its now part of my basic set of attacks.

Midnight grasp is a lvl38 power, being locked at 22 you wont be able to get that.
Still, dark has 3 nice abilities from the start wich do pretty ok damage (shadow maul, smite and something), 1 being semi-aoe thus quite usefull. -
Full Auto in my view aint that bad, i have the cardiac (the end-reduction alpha) wich gives range increase from T2 onwards, boosting both cone and range it is quite usefull.
That is, untill i got RoA on my new blaster. Dispite the big delay, i suddenly felt my FA is considarable weaker then RoA. That said, i do prefer the sound/animation of Full Auto, huge smile 'DODGE THIS!' move -

its very unlikely you cant admit Seals (yes those 'we got stealth but actualy its useless pets') have the most useless powers of all pets and the huge ammount of dots make them far less efficient (we call that 'targetstuck'). Not to mention the retarted and pretty useless medic (again, Demon and Bots beat him hands down).
i've played ever set, even several times, of wich i currently have 6 lvl50 MMs (and 3 more upcomming), there is nothing weaker or broken then Mercs. -
Thats what i'm currently building. It syncs up very good, but with any /time MM, pets dont benefit at all from +recharge.
But sadly, base defense from Ninja's is considerable low, i believe now fully slotted (manu, no IO yet) i hit 24% defense on T1 pets, wich is still nothing against any +2/+3 boss. Thats where the -hit and -slow comes in very very nicely, less hits = always good.
I dont have the -res/-defense ability yet, i wonder how that will add up to the damage of my ninja's, they have a very solid base damage (specialy T2 with smokebomb is lovely, wich with the +recharge from /time is up very often).
Overal, its good, its decent, but i believe /thermal or /pain is still a better choice. Giving them a huge chunk of resist is imho way more usefull for not letting them die, then having (top) 30%ish defense and still get 1 shotted. -
On brute it scales lovely with Fury, on tankers well.. not.
My Granite loves it, great replacement for teleport once in a while (the cooldown is heavy) or quickly move to a different location. Damage wise its ok, it really is a pool power an no where near any normal set targeted AoE's damage. Sad part on my granite, i have to take 2 powers basicly useless for my Granite (SJ and CJ) since i cant use those powers while in Granite or Rooted. And jump kick .. well looks basicly stupid on a granite.
I think it suits best on non-weapon sets, on my inv/axe its quite ananoying u cant do whirling axe straight after it, unlike /ice or /SS footstomp or frozen aura (specialy this one on a non-dmg-taunt-aura is great). -

This downtime is 2 sides. Yes its very good they doing a hotfix, playing last night on freedom was a pain in the .. with 'stuck' powers and laggy animations/NPC movement. I do like the fast pace they keep getting everything stable (according the Q&A on facebook they should have suficient hardware to cope the ammount of players).
What i'm geting fed up with, the mentality of some of the US people. Ooh stop crying, get a life, go do RL stuff, you're addicted bla bla, a basic reply to anyone who doesnt like the fact the majority of previous 'patch downtimes' are on high daytime (or even primetime) for the EU region.
My global name was basicly my own fault, having a US and EU account, i could have prevented any collision, alike possible characternames after i transfered a bunch to a more populated server.
This is day 5 for daytime EU the game is down, some were early daytime EU zone (2PM till 6PM or sortlike) but some are plain primetime of EU (today down untill 10PM). That has little to do with 'go do your RL stuff', but the basics that Devs on avarage always pick the daytime EU to do maintaince. Most days i am at work anyway (2PM-6PM downtimes), but majority of fellow-EU players may have been at home or perhaps kids off from school. -
Yesterday i didnt noticed much, but today freedom is really going bad. Netgraph filled with redbars, powers 'hanging' on cast and mobs defeated yet standing.

Kill everything +4, yeah right. You got spoiled too much by farms and trials, +4 is not a standard in this game. If you worry about survivability against +4, you should go with a party, just as many other AT's do (there are only a few that can on +4 totaly solo).
And in what degree is elec/shield so powerful? their 2 mini-nukes once in while? Per activation they are pretty equal to many other AoE powers. -
Yup pretty sad. Friend from the US took his donkey account and just made 12 lvl1's to reserve all the names he might wanted, pretty sure quite a few already did so too.

Indeed, bots have the upperhand, with FF they hit softcap quite easy, thei have -regen, they have lovely damage and they can heal eachother.
Although sonic might boost resistance of demons to a pretty high level, along with some great -resist, you have nothing to counter the regen of AV and no healing to backup the damage.
I wonder what the numbers are with thermal, but that would be the safer choice for demons, additional heal and -regen debuff (though lesser resist and resist debuff). -

Well that and you will probably play a Time char as a fender or a rupter. I would take scrapper, brute or stalker damage any day over what those do.
It is only once you combine it with either another time or mez-protecting set it becomes really interesting. But then again, you can think up alot other sets (def combined with sonic) that achive sortlike strength.
The only thing that might be 'possible' overpowerd i would say the defense buff (perma with 3 SO) and the recharge buff. Other then that, its just a lovely mix of all other sets. -
I'm pretty sad with the costume contest, where i can only attend to 1, the Historical with a twist. The other 2 are at 02.00 till 04.00 and being weekdays, but those are exactly the 2 i had in mind
(i assume some of 'our' famous historical figures are not quite famous oversea?As we dont own any right of famous historical superheroes, i gues its only related to reallife people?)

Oh test i had a Ninja/Time, very nice to have. Since they are mostly in melee range, they benefit greatly from defense and -tohit once i get in melee.

Again, for me it just aint worth the points, dispite i get free points every month, i got 20 other things i'd spent my money on then thinking about BR.
The 1600 points i spent on transfers, powers and hoverboard, not a set that i maybe play only once for fun and ditch it to collect dust (unlike time manipulation). -
I played around with it on test long enough to decide not to buy it. Its playstyle doesnt suit me, it lacks a few core items i look for in a set (like DP and AR, lesser Archery, do have as weapon set).
The nuke is pretty nice, but the sound and animations are too 'cheap'.
All its advantages other sets can do also, except you are not forced to keep mobs active with some debuff. -

I had a granite/MA on test, the 10% extra hits granite by base nearly softcapped, a very cheap way to reach it so you can fully focus on IO's for recharge, dmg or extra healing.
Though the rest of the set looks plain funny on a granite with rooted -
Question regarding today's downtime, on facebook it says untill 15.00 CEST, while now the announcement says 18.00 CEST. What is exactly right?
This is really getting pathetic.
