Adamaster is weakest to lethal... if some of you claws/db/katana types want to take a shot at him. You definatly need to use a Vandguard Pet (forget what they're called) with you for the -regen.

One reason higher level GM's are good Candidtates for DM/ however is the soul drain fodder survives longer.
Their damage resistance is not dependant on level though, it's more dependant on mob type and thematic.

Kronos is a robot, so he has high S/L/C/P resistance (and some E/N/F/T resistance)

Kraken is a big toxic hydra guy, so he has high toxic resistance

Adamastor is a zombie god of darkness, so he has negative resistance

    Etc.

It's not great against AVs, either.

Nope, GMs have the same regeneration regardless of level. The 'lower' level ones however, have less hitpoints. Still doesn't matter though, since the damage done to the GM scales down according to its level, so in the end you'd still need around 360 raw DPS to take down even Kraken.

And even, it would still take you about 30 minutes
  4. As others have said, Fire, Ice, Sonic, Archery, Dark are all good picks for different reasons

Slotting defense enhancements in powers that grant defense-debuff-resistance, usually boosts that debuff-resistance. In the case of Shield Defense, you can slot Battle Agility and Grant Cover for defense, and the defense-debuff-resistance value they provide will also be boosted. There is another power, however, that grants defense-debuff-resistance but can't be slotted for defense: Active Defense. Slotting Membranes into this power will boost that defense-debuff-resistance value, just the same as if the game allowed us to simply slot it with regular defense enhancements
  9. My Brute and my Tanker are both Electric Armor, both have around 30% defenses to all positions, both are indeed very survivable. They have no problem against Arachnos, Malta, CoT or Council, but Carnies and Longbow can be very tricky and usually require silly strategies such as running around a corner and away from location debuffs (namely Sonic Grenade).

Both are also capable of tanking RSF/STF without requiring anything more than small inspirations and moderate support

Defense debuffs will really ruin your day though, really.

  13. The ratio is 1/1 which means that if you manage to debuff a mob's tohit bonus down to 5% (which usually means aplying a 45% tohit debuff) it'll be equivalent to having softcapped defense.

Keep in mind that some mobs resist tohit debuffs (EBs, AVs, GMs) and they also may not always work at full effect (when fighting higher level mobs)

That's odd, I read "gravity distortion" just fine.

Maybe the upside down font doesn't display well on some computers
