Outcasts:Frostfire(Hero side Elite Boss)
Hellions: 3k Kelvin(Villain side Elite Boss)
Skulls: None that I'm aware of.
If you want to fight Frostfire on Villains or 3k Kelvin on Heroes you'll have to make an AE Mission
There's also the 'Duke' Mordrogar for the Hellions
