    Yeah, he's pretty much an EAT that uses pistols, katana, martial arts and super reflexes in combination. You're probably not getting that.
    Well I didn't mean all his powers, I just mean the idea of using a katana and a pistol as a set. Have some range attacks and some melee. I mean seeing what they did for the dual pistols animation they can make a pretty beast AoE attack for the set. That involves slashes and gunshots

    But yeah I didn't mean a gunblade like in final fantasy.
  2. If they do make a melee support AT that power would actually be pretty cool. Adding some katana moves as well as single pistol moves into the powerset. The idea came up when watching the "City of hero" trailer. I'm not talking about this happening anytime soon but I mean IF they make a Melee support AT
  3. I'm pretty sure most of us have seen that from the "City of hero" Trailer. I think they should use that for a future AT. Like the Melee/support thing people have been hoping for. Well, SOME have been hoping for.
  4. King Cobra- Single Immobilization. A cobra slithers up from the ground and wraps around the legs of your target.

    Wild Boar- A boar rushes in smashing into your target causing a knock back effect as well as doing high damage.

    Spider Monkey- A small spider monkey jumps onto the head of the target causing him to stand and struggle to get him off. Hold effect.

    Tarantula Web- A giant tarantula sprays a web in a target location causing a slowing effect.

    Cobra Strangle- Cobras slither onto your enemies wrapping around their legs and biting down. The poison causes -defense as well as damage over time.

    Wolf Call- Two wolves howl causing fear on your target.

    Monkey Rage- Monkeys jump onto the heads of your enemies holding them in place.

    Stampede- The controllers form of gangwar. Animals come running in a target location attacking the enemies around them.

    I know this has probably been suggested before and I also know there's a power suggestion thread but I wanted it to be picked apart by you guys to make it better. I couldn't come up with a tier 9 power. The stampede was technically going to be the pet but I couldn't come up with another move.

    Also, I realize animals running into an office building or the city would be weird so I think it would be better to call this spirit animals. That way it wouldn't be that weird for them to appear out of no where. I'm looking for suggestions and improvements on this. This was a slight idea of what it can be but I was looking for everyone else to spawn ideas off of it because I know I'm not good with coming up with powersets lol.
  5. Ahh I see what you mean. They should give you the option to turn down you cape mission.
  6. Thats only if you have a character that already did the old cape mission and you got to level 30 when the new one was added.

    I suppose this plan goes along the lines of power customization. This probably wouldn't be possible till we get the power pool customization. When we do i suppose this could be a separate flight power that allows you to customize the type of arm wings you want.
  9. This isn't a complaining thread. I honestly wanted to know why they had to be supressed. Lemur answered that for me. Thank you. This question only came up because of my Spines/regen guy
  10. I'm talking about pvp mostly but it kinda is annoying when some of the taunt aruas that are part of your build get shut down because you get mezzed. Would it really be over powering the melee ATs by keeping their tank auras on? This is a honest question. Most people kinda know what the Devs are talking about when they add an update but why must they be shut off?

    That would be cool as long as it's not falling snow..I think that would cause lag. I'm pretty sure they would have to edit and replace every map for the event. I'm hoping they can star something like that after going rogue.

    YES! Something like that. Idk..Maybe possibly make it a power as well as a costume piece and it activates like the claw animation. Kinda like how when you hit walk it disables all your powers. Maybe this can do the same while keeping the travel power still active

    Possibly can be a future update. I'm not talking about fighting with wings replacing your arms but maybe a costume piece that can take the place of your cape. Something kinda like this



    Even so it could be a costume piece that only activates when flight is turned on. Would this be possible for the future?
  15. I suggested costume emotes for that pack a month ago or so. Nice pics with it...but it will probably be a android pack if we get those.

    From everything I've heard, I firmly believe that the hero and villain tutorials will get a face lift, both to improve the new player experience (even if I have nothing against them, myself) and as part of the "improved 1-20 experience" that we've been promised, which I assume will at least involved the respective tutorials.

The contact just gave you a quick run-down and sent you on your way. Coyote himself was added to the tutorial at some point between Launch and I1, as a tribute to a good player who passed away, if I remember correctly. I do know that when Samuel Tow first did his tutorial, that final mission was given to him by Yet Another Cop.

    We're seeing the Posi TF improved with I17, and with the expected influx of new players with Going Rogue, it would make sense to update the old tutorials.

  19. Only way I can think about this being done is a random event spawn because with the amount of players teaming at once it would make the streets extremely over run.
  20. Yeah but there's a difference now. Since people can choose to go in the same zone anyway will there be a hero/villain tutorial or something
  21. I have been wondering this for awhile. Since we will get the option to start out in the new zone or whatever. Will there be a new tut for heroes as well as villains? Since we are most likely gonna be in the same zone anyway. If we are gonna be stuck with the same old tut then I'm thinking the hero one needs to be updated. Yeah keep the contamination thing for the badge or whatever but add more exciting missions.

    Something that really draws you in when you start. When you go to look at it the villain tut is much more fun and just seems like a more exciting way to learn about the game. Just a thought. What do you guys think?
