"You can't do that, we live here!"
"Do you have a flag?" -
Quote:So, Im rusty on CoH lore, so someone needs to help set me straight. Okay lemme see, the one the left is Sister Psyche correct? Then the next one is Aurora Borealis, whom Sister Psyche's mind inhabits? That's the bit I'm must unsure about. Ok then, middle right is the old Mother Mayhem model, and the far right one is the new Mother Mayhem model.Uhh... yeah. This.
I hope this piece is propaganda and not an attempt at cannon info, because it would greatly contradict established canon.
Ok, Im done rambling. Now someone tell
me where I messed up. :P -
I like this thread!
I would liketo subscribe to the earlier conspiracy theory posted earlier.
I would say...
Leonard Silmon/Mane Corp = Red Herring or another Nemesis plot.
Silos= Nemesis = Mysterious letter sender.
If we go with the idea that Nemesis is trying to toughen people up, I wouldnt be surprised if Nemesis is both Silos and the letter sender.
Leonard Silmon definately has some similarities to Nemesis, but it seems like a red herring to me. If it wasn't for the letter sender in his arc, I wouldn't even take note of him. -
I played through the Borea mish's for so long before figuring that out.

I already made a thread about it. But read my sig.

Apparently organizing pictures on photobucket breaks the links. Grrr....

Quote:Haha, awesome. This is what I thought of too. There is unrest in the forest,
There is trouble with the trees,
For the maples want more sunlight
And the oaks ignore their pleas.
The trouble with the maples,
(And they're quite convinced they're right)
They say the oaks are just too lofty
And they grab up all the light.
But the oaks can't help their feelings
If they like the way they're made.
And they wonder why the maples
Can't be happy in their shade.
There is trouble in the forest,
And the creatures all have fled,
As the maples scream "Oppression!"
And the oaks just shake their heads
So the maples formed a union
And demanded equal rights.
"The oaks are just too greedy;
We will make them give us light."
Now there's no more oak oppression,
For they passed a noble law,
And the trees are all kept equal
By hatchet, axe, and saw.
Edit: While i've seen trees turn into DE or Fir Bolg in the forest, i can only recall seeing them turn into Fir Bolg inside the town. -

Man, you got me stumped. If anyone can manage this I'll be amazed. Also, what Kheldarn said, check out the costume redesign thread.

We are continually shown that this world is indeed founded upon shades of gray. Tyrant saved the world from the Hamidon, Marauder salvaged the lives of men during a time of destruction. Yet these are actions of the past, and the intentions that brought them about are unkown, whether out of compassion or an ulterior motive, we don't know. We are also quite ignorant as to what truly goes on in every aspect of society. We have mere glimpses of this society. The point of the matter is that we do not know enough of this society to make proper decisions, do not be rash in the actions you take, do not grow too close to your alliances, because we do not yet know the whole truth.

I'm going to pull out on of my tales of old from my newbie days.
Me and my friend were new to the game and playing our level 14 ish blasters in Kings Row. We were street sweeping and we run across a park filled with maybe 4 clockwork Paladins.( I think that's the max right?) These were the first GM's we ever saw. We deduced that one of them must be the leader, and if we kill him they will all die. So we, 2 level 14 blasters, commenced an assault on 3-4 Paladins. What ensued was a terrifying run through the streets of KR, being followed by a huge robot. -

Anyone care to translate what this means? :P -
4132 points. Very entertaining.
4844 now.
5590! HA! I beat Klaw. Now I can move on with my life as well.
*Oops miscalculation, I still haven't beat Klaw.* Grrr... -
I like it! I would love to go stomping around and smash stuff! Things would have to be tweaked though, currently GM's cannot kill eachother due to their high regen. ( Have you ever watched Jack and Eochai slugging it out? Cool, yes. But it gets boring pretty fast.)

The winter horde's first experience in Paragon City was not pleasent when they joined a sewer team and were met with a TP ally griefer. -
The devs were brilliant with the clones. Probably my favorite part of I17. Now we need them in AE so I can play with them more.
