    Seeing as an Alignment Merit is the equivilant of more than 100 Reward Merits it doesn't really seem all that extraordinarily high.
  2. Numina's adds .167 end per second, but as I said, that, and possibly the Regenerative Tissue, should probably go in health, to get the bonus while exemping as low as possible (unless you don't exemp below level 39)and because they add more to regen than the first level 50 IO in Health will.

    I believe your best bet would be to put a regenerative tissue or Miracle unique (Numina's should be in Health) depending on the aspect you need or want.

    It's listed a 10% in Mids but it doesn't actually get factored into the finale recovery number Mids gives.

    .1855, Mids just rounds it to .19. I've also heard that +endurance effects can cause Performance Shifter to give more, but I don't know how true that is.

    According to mids, the First level 50 IO in Stamina adds .19 end per second while Performance shifter will add, on average, .20 end per second.

    Given that the leaked info gave all of the slots a level shift and that they've been saying we will effectively be level 60, this assumption seems odd.

    As far as I recall the 3rd and later morality missions get a Vigilante/Rogue 60 Reward Merits.

    Telling someone they are getting a low number of merits in one run by comparing it to what you get in two runs is rather silly.
    How many runs of the raid are people doing when they say 500-1,000 per raid? I remember being able to pull 250-500 merits per run and usually doing 2 raid runs per raid event, so I can easily see 1,000 merits per event but I'm a bit skeptical of 1,000 per run.

It is an uphill battle from the start, and you are most likely to end up with no endurance and an enemy with about half of their HP left. The GM/Invasion coding is not the miracle solution that some people think as it stands right now.
    If you go by UberGuy's post over here, it seems that Mobs using the GM/Invasion code can have their underlying level scale now.
