Seeing as an Alignment Merit is the equivilant of more than 100 Reward Merits it doesn't really seem all that extraordinarily high.
-
Numina's adds .167 end per second, but as I said, that, and possibly the Regenerative Tissue, should probably go in health, to get the bonus while exemping as low as possible (unless you don't exemp below level 39)and because they add more to regen than the first level 50 IO in Health will.
-
Quote:Miracle's +recovery is the better choice for recovery as it adds a constant .25 end per second. The answer to that depends on how many slots you have to spare, and what you value more - recovery or regen.
If you do decide to slot it for recovery, and you only have one slot to do so with, a Performance Shifter is your best average recovery/sec compared to a single level 50 end mod IO. -
Quote:I believe your best bet would be to put a regenerative tissue or Miracle unique (Numina's should be in Health) depending on the aspect you need or want.So I should put a heal IO or an End Mod IO into Physical Perfection?
I picked that power up on my 50 MA/SR scrapper after his last respecs' 3 freebie power picks (to replace Fitness with inherent Fitness), and I havent investigated what to do with that single slotted power, yet.
HE already has the Performance Shifter proc and 2 50 IOs in inherent stamina, so I really don't have end issues, I put a heal IO into it. -
Quote:It's listed a 10% in Mids but it doesn't actually get factored into the finale recovery number Mids gives.Another thing to remember is that the 0.2 number is not a constant anymore. A few months ago, the proc changed so that instead of a set +10 end, it gave 10%. Characters with extra end from accolades and such will get more.
I don't know if Mids reflects this change or not. -
Quote:.1855, Mids just rounds it to .19. I've also heard that +endurance effects can cause Performance Shifter to give more, but I don't know how true that is.This.
Performance Shifter Proc on average gives better return, but that's the thing. On average over a long period of time.
Though I thought it was .18 end per second, not .19 end per second. Either way, it's a constant.
edit .177, just realized I was looking at widows. -
According to mids, the First level 50 IO in Stamina adds .19 end per second while Performance shifter will add, on average, .20 end per second.

Quote:Perhaps I'm just misremembering then. They said that 'theoretical 60' waaay back before this was even the Incarnate system, so I wouldn't bank on that.
When I got to see the first five slots, they didn't have Level Shifts besides the Alpha so that is why I'm operating under that assumption until I see otherwise.

Quote:Telling someone they are getting a low number of merits in one run by comparing it to what you get in two runs is rather silly.150 merits for an entire ship raid? ...are you on ship raids by yourself? LOL....
Last raid he was on, my Tank netted 800+ Vanguard merits from two back-to-back runs. There were people in the zone saying they had netted 1000.
How many runs of the raid are people doing when they say 500-1,000 per raid? I remember being able to pull 250-500 merits per run and usually doing 2 raid runs per raid event, so I can easily see 1,000 merits per event but I'm a bit skeptical of 1,000 per run. -
Quote:While not technically official content, he did create an AE arc where we got to do that during Mission Architect testing.Oh, crap! Just thought of something! Don't know if anyone else has suggested it, but...
BEFORE YOU GO, WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO FIGHT YOU IN OFFICIAL CONTENT!! Or, well, shortly after you go I guess. New official missions between now and the Christmas break aren't too likely. Anyway, prove that you really don't hate Villains by letting us slap you around in effigy! I mean... uh... crap. There's really no way to make this sound like a positive thing, even though I really mean it as such.. -

As I recall, Interface added a debuff effect to most powers and the pets were Lore. And unless there was another leak, the info came from the fact that the crafting tables for the first 5 slots were accessible on test during the i18 closed beta.

Quote:If you go by UberGuy's post over here, it seems that Mobs using the GM/Invasion code can have their underlying level scale now.Only if they redesign something about those mobs. Invading Rikti have base level 30 HP, except for the Heavies and UXBs, which have base level 50 HP. You do as much damage to them as you would to a -1 mob of the same rank, in a numerical sense. If you are level 5, that could be around 20 damage, which is great for something that has level 5 HP, but not so good for something with level 30 HP.
Either one or the other of two following changes would need to be made to invasion coding. They would either have to come up with a way for you to do the same percentage of the mobs' HP as you would to something of the same rank at your level, or they'd have to come up with let's say 5 different sets of invasion mobs, set to roughly levels 5, 15, 25, 35 and 45, and put whichever is most appropriate for for the midrange of each zone there.
Without this, low level characters, and I mean specifically those below their 20s, just face enemies that are frustrating to fight, and increasingly-so the lower the level gets. To see this in action, try and take out a single invading Rikti Minion solo on a level 5 character. It is an uphill battle from the start, and you are most likely to end up with no endurance and an enemy with about half of their HP left. The GM/Invasion coding is not the miracle solution that some people think as it stands right now. -
Quote:They're talking about the patch on the 16th which doesn't have notes in the Patch Note section, but they can be found here.Considering there wasn't an actual patch today, no.
The Holiday event was activated, but that's done internally. No patch involved. -
Quote:In Primal Earth she passed during child birth, whether it was while having Marcus is unclear but it's one of the reasons Stefan's father raised him.Presumably Cole had a mother, right? A good 70-80 years has passed since he got superpowers, so she's likely dead. She'd likely be Mrs. Cole, and that could be who the hospital was named for.
Quote:Not only that, the original Mrs. Marcus Cole is dead too. I think
There's also the possibility of it being for his daughter. -
Quote:June 6, 1896Actually, Cole was born in the late 19th Century I think. At least Primal Cole served in World War I along with Stefan Richter.

The thing I find saddest about STF speed runs is that I've never gotten to see the villains doing a treespec during the tree mission, always just get teleported to the end.
-
So your assertion is that the picked a character at random and just happened to get the character who got his powers from the Well? From his arc "He definitely has powerful teleportational abilities. It's amazing what power the Well can grant its users... erm, forget I said that." Hell, since there were no indication before this arc that Hero 1 was an incarnate, Honoree was more of a random pick.

I mean there's no reason to be concerned with whether or not the new animations would be liked by the majority of the player base more than the old animations because the old animations don't need to be replaced, they can be supplemented.
