Ok, at this point I'm gonna have to bow out. I wasn't able to fall asleep this morning and I don't know how long this ride's gonna last.
Good Luck! -

Ladies and Gentlemen of Forum Games
I have gathered you all here to talk about a growing problem within our little halls of hilarity. That problem is a total lack of meeting our Bacon Quota.
The solution is simple and we all know what to do...
MAKE MAOR BACON!!!!
That is all. -

My philosophy has always been simple. If I'm on a team and we're rolling well, I skip "slot" levels until I hit a "power choice" level. I also don't run off to train unless the team is taking a quick break, or if we're waiting on more to join.
Outside of that, I tend to roll through the low levels so fast that running off to train slows me down. -
As SPiNE mentioned, adding the '@' symbol doesn't make it go to their global if it's not their global name.
To make sure you are sending your Global Friend Request to the right name, use the following command for getting their global name.
Quote:Pretty simple. Let's say Firecracker Kidd is the character you're teaming with that you'd like to add as a global friend. Well let's say that Firecracker Kidd isn't his global name. @Firecracker Kidd will do nothing to add him to your list./getglobalname
type in "/getglobalname" and it says:
Firecracker Kidd has the global handle: Captain Kiddie
Now that you know the actual global name, you can add "Captain Kiddie" in as your request and then wait for them to log in and accept.
If they accept/decline your friendship, there is no notice to you if you're not logged on when they accept/decline. However, if you are online together, it will say "@Captain Kiddie is now global friends" or "You are not global friends with that player" or some such message in System Chat. -

Happy Birthday Angryellow!!
(Between Cox Cable living up to their name the past few days, losing power last night in a storm, I was stuck offline. Of course, in my whacked out insomniac ridden world, it's still tuesday because I haven't slept yet so I'm early)

Thanks, got around the "private" crap.
Awesome look at the new power sets. Good insight into what state of mind the Devs are in and I like it. -

Probably the same way real spiders get around through the smallest cracks and gaps in sliding glass doors and windows to scare your girlfriends into jumping up on the coffee tables.
