to answer the main question: for me, yes it has ...

i've tried WoW for a whole 7 levels
Lineage 2, Horizons, RF Online, LotRO, Auto Assault

and basicly, they're all the same grind-game (AA being the exception cuz of the vehicles, but still)
CoX is (and always will be) the most fun for me
the costumes, the storylines, all the powersets, BADGES , etc; ...
and i don't need to worry about having to grind my way to the top, cuz the xp flows nicely
